We had issues every step of the way. From slab down to a year &1/2 after completion they will still fixing them. Problems with electrical, plumbing, door frames, sliding doors, extraction fans in the kitchen, the roof we had 3 site managers during our build none of them did a great job.

Now have another issue just over the 6 yr mark and they could not care less once again having to chasing them even though they promise to send some one out to look. Follow up emails ph calls etc.. all need further follow ups to get a response. Lack of customer service & care for there clients.

Excellent experience building my house through them. Charmaine, my New Home Administrator, was fabulous to work with. House was finished with incredible attention to detail thanks to Aaron my site supervisor. I am most impressed with the high quality of the build throughout the house, especially in the areas most people would not notice - lintels over all the windows, high quality plumbing fittings, cabinetry on brinks rather than wood, etc... I keep finding excellence where most builders would cut corners. Thank you!

I am very pleased to have my first house built by MetroStyle. They are a professional team who take the initiative to make building your first home stress free. I was updated on the progress of the build via text message and email which always made any day a positive one. Despite the slow start due to land division, and at no fault of the builder, the workmanship and quality of our new home is exceptional. Staff were easy to contact and very supportive every step of the way. We were kept in the loop at each stage, and our site manager worked with us when we needed access to arrange extra external services. The quality is great and we are really pleased with the result.

We are so happy to have our home built by Metro Style. Every progress of the house we were notified through SMS and it gets exciting every time we received news. There were imperfections but as a whole I won't take that against them because nobody is perfect. When we saw our house finished it was such a dream fulfilled. I am happy with the final build and price by Metro Style, especially due to the block restraints - slope, retaining, block shape that was irregular and boundary wall issues. Sales and the supervision were very helpful. A friend who has done developments around Australia was impressed, and will consider them for his next development, as I definitely will as well.

This experience with Metrostyle was not as smooth as my previous experiences. The pre-build experience and sales experience were good. The build started well, but ran into troubles later on. In the end it was a month behind schedule. The overall workmanship and level of finish was quite good, although there were a few details that could have used some more attention.

We are extremely happy that we decided to use Metro Style and very delighted with the quality of finishers! From the sales team to the pre-selection staff its was easy process all delivered with out pressure.
Our supervisor delivered a faultless performance we stayed out of his way and he did his Job perfectly.

The customer service and support was fantastic. Every question was answered and after my initial builder went bankrupt the team were very empathetic and did everything they could to ensure that my home was completed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
The building supervisor was and still is very professional and managed the build very well. He was able to answer any question I had for him and rectified any issues I had.

After a horrendous start with a now defunct builder, MetroStyle came to the rescue and finished the build with the utmost professionalism and speed they could muster.

I just had my pre-start meeting. Izabela was amazing and full of excellent suggestions (especially the small adjustments that cost no extra) Her knowledge of the products and what colours go with each other was amazing and exactly what I needed to get through the pre-start. I look forward to seeing the finished product and will add a new review as the build continues.

We are from South Africa and bought a unit off plan from the Developer. Our communication with our Home Administrator was only on email. Everything was done professionally and we were kept up to date as the unit progressed. We received full reports plus pictures from our Project Manager - from "Plate Height" to "Final Inspection". Finally after a year we have gone over for the hand over - there were only a few minor issues that were sorted in the week we were there. Communication has been fantastic. Will definitely recommend Metro Style to any future clients.
