published

terrible experience, will never buy any Microsoft hardware again...terrible support...it is a decoration piece not meant to be a reliable device...i have multiple problems...there was a product recall for this device faulty touch screen which Microsoft didn't honor... pls stay away from all microsoft hardware, they are just a software company...consider Lenovo thinkpad range or apple

Good if you have 3Yr warranty support.

published

Working with these in the office over the past year and a half has been both a joy and occasional challenge. It is light, compact and super mobile removing the need for multiple devices, however it can be fussy.

Would I buy one with my own money? If the screen was closer to 13", performance was 30-50% better and 3Yr warranty standard, possibly. The drawing experience is great and the display is super clear albeit on the smaller side. If all you do is push emails around, online research and sign a few docs during the day its a handy companion. Content creators and those more impatient may however struggle to let go of their more powerful laptop or desktop PC and end up using both.

Rubbish. Touch screen doesnt work

published

A touch screen tablet where the touch screen doesnt work. And Microsoft knows about it. Then send out another famous Microsoft update. Makes the thing totally useless. Get an iPad or laptop and save yourself the heartache.

Purchased in for $2,000.

Awesome little laptop/tablet

published

I wanted something that was portable but also able to be used as a desktop app this was perfect! Does everything I need it to do and more, all in a sleek package. I love being able to use the pen and write on the tablet without smudging it when I rest my hand on the tablet. All in all a fantastic little device!

Purchased in at JB Hi-Fi.

This device is awsome

I am a student and I cant explain how happy I am by using "split screen" feature for multitasking where I can see problems on one side and solutions on the other side of same screen. Thank You so much.
I recommend it for all University students as this device is superb for us.

A perfect office tool

published

It has a new mode of laptop, lighter than surface book, more practical than surface laptop. It also has a perfect writing experience, easy to use it when class and meeting.Plus, Onenote is perfect too, it help me save a lot of time. All in all, it is a very good office tool, however it cannot be used like a game tool.

Great device, great performance.

Beautifully designed, very good for daily works. You might want to consider this product if you are a student or need some mobility for your work. The battery can last a whole day use in my situation.. Some application such as Chrome may reduce the battery life. Overall, great product!

Fantastic product

Great computer! Whether you're using it as a laptop or a tablet, the Surface Pro is just brilliant. Bought to upgrade from my Surface Pro 3 and I'm just as happy with the latest model. Fast, great screen size and quality, good sound, does everything I need it to do. Would be nice if the keyboard came with the computer, but otherwise can't complain. Windows 10 runs perfectly on it and it's great to be able to use all the touch/swipe gestures the operating system is designed for.
