Best Vacuum
Having ducted vacuuming we were quite picky on what vacuum to purchase. After reading several reveiws we opted to go with the Miele. We were not disappointed. Absolutely love this unit. Easy to manoeuvre, very powerful and great to use on stairs. Highly recommend!

Where have you been all my life
Somehow I'd never heard about Miele and their amazing vacuum cleaners. When a colleague recommended them, I went to the store to see an ugly machine that seemed dated and not very impressive at all. Well.. was I wrong. This thing really truly sucks.. I mean it literally lifts the carpet up and thats not even on the max setting. On my hardwood floors I have to use the lowest setting because otherwise its just too strong. I'm not kidding when I say I now vacuum my house in HALF the time. This thing is so good, you only need to go over an area once and it somehow even stays cleaner for longer. Worth every last penny I spent on it, and the HEPA filter is really nice to have as well. I'm confident to say Miele would leave the Dysons for dust..
Purchased in May 2021 at Harvey Norman Appliances Physical Store for $700.00.

Best I have used.
I just fell in love with the C3 Comfort TotalCare from Miele after my first use. I wasn’t sure which Miele model to go for but then decided to go for this one after reading some positive reviews online and I must admit, I am not disappointed. I love how it’s got different modes based on the surfaces you intend on using it on. The suction force (or whatever it is called) can be controlled by mode selection and it is another feature that impressed me. I also love how the handle has got a power button and a pair of mode selection buttons, which means no need to bend or use your foot to do all of that.
Quite happy with the product and I hope it doesn’t trouble me in the future.
Purchased in January 2021 at David Jones Retail Stores for $749.00.

Excellent!
I purchased this a month ago and have used it a number of times. I have 5 pets: dogs and cats, all of whom shed a lot of hairs! This vacuum is great, light, easy to use and very effective. It has many functions from hard floor to rugs with different levels of suction.
I didn’t want a bag less vacuum and I am quite happy that it uses bags. The bag has lasted around 3 whole house vacuuming - it’s a 5 bed house! So it might seem not a lot but with 5 pets and a large house it is not faring too poorly. And the bags are fairly small.

Awesome vacuum...
No tipping over as it is quite hardy. One of the best I had until I tried Dyson. Sorry. But i still use it for upstairs. Love some of the functions Dyson doesn’t have. It has a standby button on the handle. Love that without having to bend down all the time when u need to move something quickly or get interruptions. Suction power selector button on handle is also very convenient depending on what surface u r vacuuming. The suction is great but if I put too high up it indicates my bag is full. Manual says regardless I need to change bag. That’s ...Read more
the disadvantages with bag vacuum. You don’t change, suction is not good. U change, it will be lots of bags u go through in a short vacuum time frame. Bags are not cheap. Lots of floorhead and accessories which is handy for clean freak like me.1 comment

Love it!
I Love this Miele vacuum cleaner, it is well worth the money & a great investment. I Particularly like the buttons on the handle which can turn the machine on & off, or adjust the suction, without bending over. This vacuum cleaner has amazing suction, worked better than my last Dyson. I thought the bags might be a problem, but they last a while & are easy to replace.

We use it often. Miele is German made and a workhorse vacuum
We have a Miele which is small and compact. Used often. Never had an issue. Suction has kept strong. Moves easily, light if needed to carry. Good size and easy to store away. Comes with various attachments. I would rate it 98% as the only issue we have is the cost to replace the hepa filter is not cheap but worth it for your health. AAA+++

Couldnt ask for a better vaccum
I really love this vacuum cleaner. Its light, easy to maneuver, love the HEPA filter, and that the bags mean we don't have to see or breathe in the dirt when emptied. We have had it for over a year and have only replaced the bag twice (they last a long time). It cleans beautifully, and has lots of attachments for every nook and cranny.
Great buy.

Amazing
I cannot recommend this product enough! It is the best vacuum cleaner I have ever had. I have cats who she’d lots of hair and it’s the only one that has ever worked in removing it all. I will never be without a Miele vaccum now even better than a Dyson.

Best vacuum ever
If you need a new vacuum buy any of the Miele range.
A pleasure to use
When I purchased my Miele the sales assistant tried to sell me another brand
He poured sand on to a carpet sample and did show me the other brand vacuumed up more sand than the Miele.
I explained to him that the most important thing to me was that I actually enjoyed using the vacuum.
I don't like fittings that are hard to change or nags that are hard to change.
The Miele is a joy to use
I love it and always recommend

Very light and powerful
This vacuum cleaner is very light and compact. The bag lasts for a long time, I vacuum every day as I have a pet cat. The suction is very strong, I need to turn it down when vacuuming the carpet. It is also great for dusting too. The attachments are in easy reach.

The best vacuum I have ever owned
This vacuum cleaner is incredible! Quiet, powerful and so easy to use. I especially love the ability to switch it on and off at the handle as well as increase or decrease the suction. My carpets feel significantly cleaner since I started using this vacuum. I'm so glad I spent extra for it.

Awesome
Absolutely love this vacuum cleaner. It's easy to handle and I don't know how I have lived without it. Suction is awesome and my carpets look amazing after every use. I would highly recommend it for every household. The downfall is that they didn't have it in red. Thank you Miele.

Delighted!
Have just purchased my third Miele vacuum cleaner in over 30 years (they just go forever!!). This model is absolutely brilliant - looong cord, light weight but stable, quiet, on/off button & suction speed buttons on the ergo friendly handle (saves my poor old back). Comes with 3 different heads + the usual accessories under the lid. Suction is the usual Miele high standard - nearly sucks the carpet off the floor on high speed. Use the vacuum on carpet, polished timber floors, lino & to suck cobwebs & dust from the walls, cornice, light fittings...Read more
- even gave the drapes a go! My 10 year old Cat & Dog Miele is now the "renovation" vacuum & hasn't missed a beat sucking up plaster dust, stripped paint & other nasty bits - just keeps on keeping on!!Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Decent bagged vacuum cleaner!
We’ve used a few vacuum cleaner from different brands in the past for our wood & carpet floor. Most of them are screaming loud, and the sucktion gets noticeably weaker as bag fills. We thought that’s the norm of vacuum cleaner until we tried Miele C3. We did our research online before buying C3, it’s definitely a jump in price compare to what we used in past, but the quality is clearly a big difference. Comparing to average brands, the noise level is slightly quieter, sucktion is a big leap, weight is about the same, air filter is actually doin...Read more
g what it should, overall build quality is solid, excellent design to store all cleaning heads in the body compartment, the biggest difference is the sucktion, even when the bag is full, it’s still very powerful! However it’s not perfect, the bag fill level indicator is confusing just like other brands I’ve used, the look is kinda boring compared to Dyson or latest Miele. Other than that, it’s a good honest vacuum cleaner and I’m very happy with it! (BTW, If you are getting Miele, make sure to get the Made in Germany models).Similar opinion? So very disappointed in Miele
I was very happy with my Miele vacuum for the first two years. Suction is good, it’s easy to use and it does a great job. However, at 2 years and 3 months of age it broke and I’ve now experienced what other reviewers have forewarned about, appalling customer service.
The fault has not made the vacuum unusable, but it is now difficult to use and makes me incredibly angry every time I use it (it’s not like vacuum was previously my favourite activity, but my blood boils every time I get the vacuum out now). Basically the retractor has broken on...Read more
the power cord. The challenge is that the cord will not stay out, it constantly pulls itself back into the vacuum. As a temporary fix, I use a peg to keep the cord pulled out but during the time it takes me to vacuum my house (312m2, mix of carpets and floorboards), at least three times the cord will suck the peg into the machine and I have to stop and go through the painful process of trying to retrieve the peg from inside the machine and set it all up again. Miele provides a 2 year warranty and from experience with other companies, if you are just outside of you warranty period (ie 3 months, as was the case for me), they will still honour the warranty. Not Miele, no apparently you spend nearly $1000 on a vacuum that proves faulty and it’s just too bad. Miele offered me a couple of options. I can pay to get it fixed (approximately $400 by the way for this) and then I can send them the invoice and they’ll consider whether or not they want to honour the warranty. Too high risk for me, I can almost buy a new vacuum for that. They offered another option, I can pay for a quote and assessment (they said it will cost me $31) and then they can decide before I get the work done. So I took my vacuum to their local agent. I was told no, it’s not $31, it’s $68. Plus I need to leave my vacuum with them at least two weeks before they can look at it (can’t take it home or I lose my spot in the queue). Then I have to continue to wait for Miele to decide and then if all goes well I can go ahead with the repair with Miele paying the bill but then it will be at least another 2 weeks before the agent can fix it. So in summary, I can’t win. No matter what I’m out of pocket. And then I have to be without my vacuum for more than 4 weeks. I have small children and I can’t possibly be without a vacuum that long, so I’d also have to buy a cheap new vacuum to cover the gap period.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

An excellent all rounder
This vacuum has been reliable for a very long time. There is a darn good reason people don’t see many Miele vacuums on gumtree. I have been loyal from the start and the truth is even if I was going overseas I would try and take it with me.
Amazing and never skips a beat

Perfect for vacuuming small areas and great for those after corded vacuums
As an owner of the Dyson V8 Absolute and the Miele Complete C3 Powerline, I thoroughly enjoy using both vacuums around the house. Although the Dyson V8 is great in large areas due to its wireless design, the Miele is the perfect device for a stronger suction and ease of cleaning and removing waste. The design includes dustbags which provide an extremely hygienic method of removing all the dust and rubbish collected by the device.

Very Impressed
I replaced my previous bulky vacuum cleaner with the Miele Complete C3 Powerline and am so happy. This vacuum is lightweight has a long lead and is quiet. It is very easy to maneuver and comes with a good range of attachments including a turbo head and mini turbo head. As we have alot of tiled surfaces the brush attachment for these areas is used regularly. This vacuum cleaner has on the handle the ability to turn on cleaner and also select different power modes, so saves having to bend over. Suction on this vacuum is excellent, the dust bags and filters are easy to change. Totally happy with this vacuum and would buy again.
