When you replace the cartridges do you need to reset the twin dos or does it do it automatically.

Hey there, I am having an issue with the maintenance cycle of twindos for compartment 1. In accordance to the instructions, I have filled a container with water, but it keeps saying "insufficient cleaning agent". I tried filling it partially, filling it to the top, restarted the process at least 10 times - still the same message. Meanwhile it went smoothly with compartment 2 from the very first try. Do you have any suggestions?

I have water leaking out of both hose brass connections any suggestions

I don’t receive a message telling me the DOS is empty

There is no message letting me know when the dos is low or empty

Our W1 washer let’s you start a wash cycle but after about 2 mins stops and call service appears on the screen .

1. I often use the 20 minute express wash cycle for washing a few items. It only does normal wash ( not light wash ) and hence uses too much phase one detergent. I have already reduced the amount of detergent dispensed as I live in Melbourne and have very soft water. For a light wash can I put, say 1 tsp or whatever amount you suggest, of PHASE ONE detergent in the drawer. I don’t need a big bottle of Ultra colour detergent. I would just transfer into a separate bottle a small amount of phase one detergent for this purpose. By the way is Ultra colour detergent the same product as phase one detergent?
2. I find the Miele wool wash very strong in perfume even if I use a small amount. Any suggestions as to an alternative wool detergent for this machine.

Hi, I have a new Miele Front Loader W1 washing machine and i put a express wash load on and when i came back to the machine there were no lights on etc. I tried to turn back on - but nothing. checked the power supply - all ok. Can't seem to get hold of anyone at Miele to ask. Has anyone had this happen to them?

Getting Hygiene info message. Have done clean machine maintenance programme and cleaned filters but keeps reappearing.Any ideas? Washing seems clean and does not smell.

I have a Miele WKH130WPS 8kg washer. There is always powder reside in the Tray 1 dispenser ( about a table spoon) after any type of wash. It does not seem to matter what brand of powder detergent is used. The detergent that is left is usually wet on top and in a line.

How can I stop this from happening ?

Hi, my washing machine has a rank mouldy smell. I’ve run maintenance and cleaning cycles using the Miele powder, then I tried bleach and I’ve even tried running both bleach or washing order on the hottest cycle but the smell still returns after 24 hours. It’s terrible and it beginning to odour our clothes. Any help?

Hi I just took delivery of a Miele WKH 132 WPS. I didn’t insert the twin dos bottles but ran the first cottons load without laundry to calibrate. At the end of two hours it said set up complete. I added the twin dos bottles but now it is making me calibrate again without laundry. Is this a fault?

I am using W1 machine for first time and I don't see any water or suds in machine. Is it because my load is not large enough (I put in queen set and a couple of towels)?

Error Code "call for service" when washing machine wouldn't work. We did that. He did a reset pressing 2 buttons and then opened the door and shut it again - I can't remember which buttons to press. Also had to have the dial on a certain setting. Can you help please?
