Went today to buy timber for slats at Victor Harbor store. Guy behind the counter didn't even say hello just looked at me blankly like an idiot. No mate I'm not a tradie i need assistance. Finally directs me outside to timber yard. Not one guy acknowledge me. I go back in wait another 10 mins he says any help yet. I said no. He just stands there. No offer of help. I finally said you know what i will go to where i will get service. Bring on Bunnings. You guys will be screwed.!

We bought some sheets from Mitre 10 shop in Victor Harbour, it was 35C outside and nobody in the yard to serve you, the sheets were everywhere, even without proper tags!we had to measure all the different sizes of sheets to find the right one in the heat of 35C outside and only one guy was serving 5 or 6 customers inside the shop and everyone was not happy.

Never go there again, hopeless!

On one visit I was buying zip ties and the guy behind the counter asked if I had a red room like fifty shades. The next visit I walked up to the counter at the same time as an older gentleman and he asked to serve the older man first stating “normally I would say age before beauty but that doesn’t apply here”. Myself and the other customer stood there awkwardly not sure how to reply to such an out of the blue rude comment like that. On top of that they never know where anything is in their store and most of the time haven’t heard of what your after.

Poor customer service at trade desk, arrogant attitude and made to wait while staff member chatted with other staff member and customer. No assistance with getting the manager, just told to go find him myself.

Bad quality products expensive and unfriendly personal especially the shop in townsville never will go there again a waste of time and money.

Since mitre 10 waikerie was taken over by a woman, things are going to crap for the customers, fancy walking into to a store and being treated or looked at like you've done something wrong. And the prices go up to around 33 percent because they decided to redo the store up (worst hardware store ever).

Senior employee lit up brown cigarette AT gas cylinders, walked through front of shop with same. Stayed at gas cylinders.

Driver delivered the order in the wrong address and insisted that he sent it to the right address.
Staff acted as if the customer was making up the story.
Eventually thing was sorted out. The delivery was sent to no.20 instead of no.13th. What the staff did, she just threw the order inside the fence, Done! the delivery. We only drop at the driveway, she said. No apology from her.

I decided to try barracuda chemicals over the spa shop. They test your water without any knowledge of a spa. Then give you a huge list of chemicals and acids. My spa is suffering the chemicals ruined the head rests and filters and some of the jets. I'm trying to get the water out now. Please be careful you only need three chlorine and ph up and down. Not all these Xtreme shock, acid, calcium and phosphate and god knows what else they s old me. Four hundred down the drain over two days. I just hope my spa is ok. My hands and skin will take a while to heal. Mitre 10 staff lovely I blame Barracuda

Terrible and rude service. I asked for advice and got pointed to an old man who works there. I explained my DIY project and he rudely said it was stupid but advised an oil based finish. I have just used it and it has now ruined my project. Never again going to MITRE 10!

I stood in Picton Mitre 10 for nearly half an hour in clear sight looking at the Stihl petrol trimmers no one came to help even though the place was empty eventually I gave up and left...some dumb behind the counter just looked blankly like der.. It's always sucked in there and I'll never go back for anything.. Hopeless oh and some young grub was stocking shelves looked straight at his watch like when can I go home so dumb and looked over like der didn't even realise...place is useless bunnings so much better never use mitre 10.

exchanging a 3.8 kg = 22 Dollars ....Bunnings 18.dollars so were de we go??? No sympathy from management.
First was offered a refund but they found I had an account so no refund. Bye Bye Frankston Mitre 10......Jack
