Well the car is an amazing vehicle but the service was expensive and terrible

published

2017 model took it in for capacity loss but been told it is all good and as per design.
Had to take it to Adelaide to fix it.
Yes I did have to drive it to Adelie from Melbourne because nobody knew a thing about it here

Terrible customer service, very hard to talk to a person

published

I am writing this in the hope that a real person will call me about a serious Dealership complaint. The Electric component of my Phev is only good for 40 KMS . It should do 300 and they say nothing is wrong with it. If that's true I will go to the department of Fair Trading as they car has false advertising.

Purchased in June 2021.

Pleasantly surprised

published

Really enjoying this car! My last car was a Ford Kuga and I felt like it chewed through the petrol. The Outlander is way better in this regard. The technology in the car is perfect and as a Mum of 2 (needing 2 bulky car seats and a pram to fit) the car is spacious!

Perfect for our family

published

After much shopping around a very saturated SUV market, we landed on a brand new Outlander. So glad we made this choice. Perfect for our family, easy to drive, excellent safety features, comfortable and a great size. An absolute pleasure to drive. Fantastic value for money and very suited to families.

a nice car and very economical to run

published

The electric motors are incredibly quiet and smooth running. Ample power and the transfer to hybrid or petrol and back to electric is seamless. Running costs around town are virtually zero as I charge it using solar power. In country running in hybrid mode we get about 4 litres/100km. Comfort is great with good legroom and luggage space although we upgraded to a spare wheel rather than relying on the tyre repair kit provided.
