Poor quality
Ordered a few drawers and the finishes were terrible. Half spray painted panels, chips in corners, Sand particles under the paint. Really bad quality. Definitely not happy with the product

Great modern style
Look I’ll be honest as flat pack furniture goes it’s not to bad and easy to assemble my only problem that there are a few imperfections on the products such as uneven paint surface scratches
And a little damage here and there my 2 bed side tables had a few issues but nothing really big on the eye.

Poorly made with limited life span
We purchased 2 jolt tallboys, in 2018 and they both have almost completely fallen to bits. The runner screws don't get deep enough fixing, and are all of 5mm. If you have kids be prepared to throw out within 2 years.

Ordered the Boston change table for my nursery. Upon assembling it, found that the joins on one of the drawers weren't fitting together. I emailed Mocka and within 48 hours I had a response asking to clarify my order batch number and they would ship new parts ! Less than a week later, our package arrived. Have now completed the drawer set and couldn't be happier with the end product! Thanks for such great customer service. It makes me very likely to shop with Mocka in the future.

Glue failed on Mocka Box
Glue failed on Mocka Box wall units, in the middle of the night half came crashing down damaging much more expensive shells and glassware on top of console beneath. Mocka produces good items for the price/cost.
Mocka refunded cost of replacement of boxes straight away.

Extremely difficult to assemble
I purchased a tv entertainment unit from Mocka. The aesthetic appeal of the furniture and website, and cheap pricing attracted my reason for purchase. BUT BUYER BEWARE!! My bank had initially blocked the credit card transaction and upon calling my bank, it was revealed that Mocka had been classified as “high risk”. The bank had unblocked the transaction for me but I wished I had left it blocked.

t looked like the corners were going to melt off given that it was MDF material. I was going to return this straight away to Mocka as they advertise for 30 day returns. However, the website actually states that the return is at the customers cost (which I was furious considering this would have been expensive to post back considering the height and weight of this package. I also forgot to check the returns t’s &c’s before purchasing). At this point, I decided to check the online reviews for Mocka (which I should have done in the first place) and found lots of customer complaints which I will elaborate on shortly. I contacted Customer Service and they sent through two replacement boards for my replacement at their own cost (arriving two weeks after my complaint). (I acknowledge that Mocka’s customer service team responded promptly within a day or two, and was eager to assist with the matter which I was impressed with). But there’s more... When I read the reviews about Mocka, customers were often complaining about poor instructions and difficulty in assembling. I was thinking, what could possibly go wrong? Surely it’s not too difficult to put together a few pieces of wood based on the picture and common sense.1 comment

100% Scammers
I bought a balance bike from them. It was covered in dents and scratches. Terrible quality construction. I contacted them, they firstly offered a tiny voucher to compensate, then never reply to my subsequent emails. Didn't even send the voucher in the end. These people are 100% scammers!!!

Vigo buffet
Although I am happy with the overall purchase a few things to note... the wood tone of this unit is slightly red tinged not your normal oak. It doesn’t fit in exactly with my decor so I had to buy a rug to place under it and break it up. This took us about 3 hours to put together and a few of the screws were missing on one of the doors. I would buy from here again but it’s really hard to tell what time the wood look is of each item.

Disappointing
I was so excited for this drawer as I bought my TV table from mocka and had no problem with it! Although whilst at the end of building these drawers there is a very evident gap as the backing is to small.
So disappointed and could not find anywhere to leave a review on their actual website.

Great value for money
Considering how affordable this furniture is we are extremely impressed with the quality and the delivery fee was very reasonable. I got the Vigo coffee table and Asta arm chair and love them.

missing parts. no follow up.
Bought kids kitchen play and as we were assembling it realized there were couple of missing parts so couldnt complete it. Sent them emails straight away regarding it. It's been a few days now and still no follow ups. Very dissapointed.

Luna Cube storage - below average
We purchased 3 x Luna 6 cube storage. The quality of the product is well below average for the money paid. Not sure how they received 100% positive reviews on these, but ours were many with dented sides on unpacking, the paint job was uneven throughout and one top panel was not second-coated.
We ended up going to IKEA and purchasing new cube storages to replace these, which were much better quality and a third cheaper.

Ordered a nursery set and noticed a hole on the front of the drawers, contacted Mocka and within 24hrs received a reply stating they will replace any parts necessary. Ended up receiving those parts within days.
Definitely recommend, couldn't be happier.

Chelsea 6 drawer wide and tall
I purchased the Chelsea 6 drawer wide for my daughters nursery early 2022 and absolutely love it! The look and the finish is perfect, I’m looking at getting another when it’s back in stock for my sons nursery in the next few months.
It did take a while to put together, some of the panels came without labels on them so I just had to find the matching ones and just assume they were for the same thing. I also got a change table, easy to put together but there were a couple of holes drilled in the wrong spot but that was simple enough to do myself...Read more
. I purchased the Chelsea tall boy for our room. Those however weren’t a good time to put together.. one of the pieces between the top 2 small drawers broke so I’ve just had to get it to sit in there between the fronts of the drawers and haven’t put anything heavy on top just in case. One panel came with a dent/scratch on it that looked like someone had tried to cover up but it sticks out when assembled as it is a white panel. I contacted Mocka and they asked me to find the serial number (to the likes) on the drawers (they were assembled but there wasn’t one because I pulled the stickers off as I went and there wasn’t a sticker of their description at all) they then asked me to pull it apart and send back to be replaced, I was heavily, heavily pregnant and about to pop so I wasn’t willing to do that and the packaging had already been recycled. In turn they sent me a $30 voucher that is valid for 2 years. I don’t think the drawers are deep enough for adult clothes, babies/kids yes definitely. When the drawers (wide) and change table were delivered, the courier just left out against my roller door ( the rear of my house faces the street) I know this is nothing to do with Mocka. So if you don’t want it left make sure you make it known. Shipping was fast and efficient. All in all would I recommend Mocka, yes especially the Chelsea 6 drawer wide, it’s just so beautiful, I can’t recommend them enough! The change table is nice but not as nice as the drawers. Mocka - Jesse four drawer - do not bother
Assembly instructions are very light on and confusing eg panels are numbered 1,2,3.. and so are the steps in the instructions. The metal runners in the diagram do not look exactly like the actual ones so it’s hard work out if you’re putting the pieces in the right place. It would ha s been helpful to have worded instructions alongside the diagrams or even a YouTube video where you can see how it’s done.
Plus the screws for the side panels and runners are too small! The holes in the metal runners are bigger than the screws! So I’ve had to source and purchase washers that fit exactly. Very frustrating and I’m not even finished with the assembly after 3 hours of fiddling around.

Waste of money and time
After purchasing and spending 2 hours putting together the sonata baby change drawers,
You discover the draw space is half the size of the unit. Absolutely waste of space even though the description of the draws boasts how spacious the draws are. I emailed to complain and was told to disassemble the item as best I could, and put back in original packaging ( which had already been put out in the trash.
Draws are push to open feature, which doesnt work unless you almost fully loosen the screws that hold the magnet in place.

Great designs, fantastic customer service
I was surprised to see so many negative customer service reviews. I actually got more than I expected dealing with Mockas customer service team. They clearly state how returns/refunds work on their webpage and their conditions are reasonable.
I ordered the Jimmy organiser, kids activity table, and original high chair. Whilst the quality was not as I expected, it was easily put together and the dents and defects on the products, resolved by customer service.
Great designs and affordable prices, especially when on sale. Would highly recommend

Average customer service and horrible courier experience
My personal experience with Mocka has been dissapointing to say the least. The courier they used attempted to deliver the package the day after it's scheduled date, which had been confirmed. Then stated they had left a card to organise for delivery, but failed to do so. Customer service palmed me off to the courier company, and were incredibly slow in assisting.
Wouldn't recommend.

Kennedy TV unit fits right in at home
Product: As described and expected, except some measurements which I probably measured incorrectly, otherwise it fits perfectly in the space I intended for it in my living room. Enough top space to fit my TV, DVD player, boyfriend's PS4, and storage space for DVDs and miscellaneous items.

you realise each step has 10-40 sub-steps within). Other than being very unlike IKEA (which I'm very familiar with), once I figured out how to read the instructions it was pretty straight forward. It would've been handy to mention on the website that an allen key is provided and screwdrivers and/or power drill would also be required (BTW highly recommend a power drill as there were a lot of screws!). Delivery: Mocka were communicative with delivery times, especially when courier tried to deliver while I wasn't home and contacted/advised me accordingly. Courier company was also very helpful to arrange a delivery time when I could be home, and the delivery guy did not complain when he had to bring it up 3 flights of stairs on a rainy day.
