Anyone got any updates their current build with MOJO?

Cancelled this week. Riddled with mistakes, misinformation, horrible customer service and parts that were not even fit for purpose. No one there takes any responsibility, or ownership of the problems that they created almost daily. In the words of the operations manager "It's no one's fault". If you want more details, I've updated the blog/review.

We are at pre- construction stage and have paid the 5% deposit last week, we are positively looking forward to the start. Will keep you guys updated, so far good.Sorry to know about your situation Dave.

Wow, that doesn't sound good Dave, and so disappointing for you when you have invested so much time and money. We are experiencing similar problems and have been told this week, that MOJO may have to cancel our build as they don't wish to go through our council, due to delays and additional costs. CDC is apparently their preferred option, which we were never told!!



R.P. - Congratulations on getting to the construction stage, I wish you well and look forward to hearing your updates. We loved MOJO's floor plans, so would love to hear some positive stories.

Is anyone out there building the Enigma 42 or 46? Who have actually started construction .....

We have just had DA approval and we are hoping to commence construction sometime in the next few weeks (following demolition of our existing house). We are building a modified Oracle with Sheik facade.

Very very slow
They have staff problems and very slow to build
They try all the tricks you hear about like removing extra soil at high prices then tell you your tender is about to expire and there will be price increases when they are at fault for the late start!
Get an agreed FIXED PRICE TENDER or don't go with them

Has anyone else started building with Mojo Homes in NSW?

Hi we have start the process 7 months ago. Have no sign contract yet.( not our fault ). Recently cancelled deal with them. Very disappointed due to unsatisfactory customer service, many mistakes in documents, unexplained delays.

We're also having difficulties price comming in much higher than base price ?

Same situation. Started almost 8 months ago. Still no contract, no building plans. Mistakes after mistakes in their documents. Thinking of cancelling the deal.
