Our whole experience with Mojo homes from start to completion has been nothing short of excellent. from the sales process, through the entire build we never had an issue, they fully understood what we were trying to achieve and ensured the little details were taken care of.

This is my first Build and I was worried about a rough journey to get to the build phase. I have to say the admin process has been nothing but perfect for me and my wife. Rahmet Singh looked after us throughout the process and was easily contacatable and assisted us with ease. The plan presentation, external/colour studio and electrical staff were very helpful and were also able to be contacted easily when we changed our mind.. we are now at construction phase and are anticipating a excellent experience again. Sure mistakes were made but everyone is human, and those mistakes were rectified within the same day they were picked up. Thanks again to the team at Mojo in Norwest and thanks to Rahmet Singh.

We signed with Mojo Homes in 2018 after falling in love with the floor plan of the Enigma. The sales and customer service throughout the tender, pre build and build process to be great. Even with a change over of staff there was communication at all times on who to contact and there is someone to call at any point of the journey to ask questions of and receive a response.
Our SS, Jon has been fantastic, we received regular updates along with photos of the build progress. We receive an update of what is planned for the following week with the promise kept and complete. We have now received handover and Looking forward to moving into our new home.

We have had a lovely experience dealing with MOJO Homes in designing and building our first home. Alex Haddon from Homeworld Kellyville was excellent to deal with and he found us the perfect home design on our irregular shaped land. We had been through a couple of other builders and found MOJO to be extremely accommodating of our change requests. Standard inclusions are amazing to start with and we didn't need many upgrades to be made at all. The whole process was dealt with efficiently and we got prompt responses each time. The construction tour, info nights and the design studio are all extra benefits. We got a free quote which no one else in the market offers! I would recommend MOJO Homes to anyone.

The selection studio provides huge options for us to choose from, the coordinators worked closely to provide suggestions as well. The whole process is smooth.
We regularly checked the construction together with the supervisor Brad, he is nice and willing to go through all the questions we had. He always go back to check and give us an answer/updates.
We did have minor issues like other houses, but it didnt stop us from loving this house.

With blocks of land in all shapes and form, Mojo Homes by far have a generous range of design and inclusion levels to suit my needs. Free quote and the quick turnaround time is a huge bonus for me. Love their personalised MyHome Portal which ensure that I am fully informed at what stage my job is up to and how many more steps to go. Cannot wait to see the end results! From the moment we entered Thorntons display homes with mojo, Lea Hanna was our shining light. We had a lot of questions & inexperience but without her help we wouldnt be building our first home. I did a search on Google for a short length project home (due to our odd shape block) and one of the small houses from Mojo Homes came up in the results. It had an offer for a free site inspection and quote which I submitted. Following morning I called the general line and Taylar from Kellyville Homeworld put me to Rose and since then until we paid the deposit last week, we received a professional service. I am really happy with the service so far. I hope this experience will continue to be the same throughout the project.
