From start to finish our build with MOMU was a great success. The communication was fantastic from our consultant David, financial expert Andy, client liason Shelby and site manager Andrew to name a few. Any questions we had were answered and dealt with in a timely manner. The quality and workmanship were excellent. There were no unexpected / hidden costs, everything was upfront and clear. Thank you to everyone at MOMU for making our first build experience a pleasure.

The quality of the build was absolutely amazing and the price was phenomenal! The standard inclusions I received as part of my package are stunning. My house was built in less than 5 months from the pad being poured, even including a break over the Christmas and New Years period. Drew, Jason and Shelby all went above & beyond, I was always informed of what was happening and it allowed for a great experience! I couldn’t speak more highly, or be more appreciative of everything they have helped me achieve. Would recommend Momu to anyone without hesitation!

We are so happy to be in our first new build home, the initial process was extremely quick and the timeframe of the build beat our expectations. We really liked our site Supervisor and found him to be very honest and helpful, he quickly resolved any minor issues we had.
Overall we are pleased with the final costings and our beautiful new home!

Our slab went down early October and we we got our key handover early March. Very good communication throughout the whole process, weekly phone calls from client liaison Shelby, who deserves a medal, Matt, our site supervisor was very informative. Superb workmanship, quality finish. Would definitely recommend Momu to others.

Our Slab went down early October it is now the start of March and we are about to get our keys so exciting building with momu has been lovely everything has happened so fast it was quite hard to keep up but the team from Start to finish have been great. No hidden cost. Very easy to communicate answered all questions so fast.

If I was to build again momu would be who I go though definitely recommend for anyone wanting to build to go with momu.

I am very happy with our new home and how smooth the process was, our site supervisor Andrew was awesome good communication everything was organised and on time as promised. There was no hidden costs or tricks with momu like you hear from all the horror stories from other builders . I would highly recommend them and will do so to all my friends and family when they are ready to build.

We had such a smooth and easy build with MOMU. From our sales consultant Jeremy to our client liaison officer Shelby, we were SO impressed with how attentive and accommodating everyone was. We had no issues throughout the build and our home is perfect. We cannot recommend MOMU enough. We would definitely build with them again.

From choosing land, choosing a home design to pre start to post construction it was an easy, well informative and hassle free experience. Any questions or requests were responded to promptly. We were always kept informed of all progress. We love our new house and would 100% build with Momu again!

From start to finish we were very impressed. The build was smooth and timely. The couple of minor issues that popped up were immediately addressed and we can't fault the workmanship or quality of build. Our budget was not blown and we would certainly build with Momu again. Customer service/response was also amazing.

From the beginning till the end, customer service was great. They always let me know what was happening.
I also appreciated that they would return my call on the same day if I had any query.
There was also no delays or mock arounds. If there was anything they were waiting on, they would always let me know.
Prestart was smooth and easy. They give you a pre-start booklet which I found very very handy. They have photos so I was able to judge roughly what I wanted prior to seeing the actual item.
They were very flexible if I need to enter the house after lock-up as long as let them know.
Overall good experience.

Myself and my partner first went into a Momu display home and fell in love with the size of the homes, quality of the standard upgrade and the service from the sales representative.
From the start of choosing the design we wanted to pre start and everything in between it was such a wonderful experience and made so easy by all the staff at Momu.
We love our new home and all the standard extras that Momu includes they are truly an amazing building company I cannot fault Momu at all and would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends and hopefully myself and my partner will get to build with them again in the future as we love all their new designs.

My wife first met Drew - Sales consultant, and he made the choice to build with Momu easy! Made a few adjustments to the display home in Baldivis. We had a few issues with the land sales agents and Drew assisted us with these. The Pre start display at the office in Osborne park was great and Olivia helped with our choices. Shelby and Todd took us through the build process and from the outcome it is obvious the whole team are effective as communication was great and the whole process went smoothly. Very easy to recommend Momu to anyone looking to build! Finally thanks to Swan ceramics for going out of there way to assist with floor tiles!

From pre start to post construction it was a hassle free experience.
Everything was explained and all my questions where answered very quickly even when the person asked didn't know the answer, they found out and got back to me quickly.
Doing fifo this helped me out greatly and kept my mind on my job while they done theirs.
Without a doubt I'd build with MOMU again and recommend them to anyone that wants a builder that's easy to work with and open about the process.

I was very impressed with the Supervisor Matt during the build.
Excellent workmanship and quality. Always a tidy site, never left any mess behind.
A couple of minor cracks in tiles after build and Momu came back to rectify without issue.
Final cost came in below my estimations, so very happy with the outcome.

I must say Momu complete our dream house my family very happy we already move and enjoying in the new house.

I had meeting with 3 builders and seen theirs display homes but MOMU was no 4 builder actually after seen one of display home of MOMU in Wellard where I met Jason who is really good person helped me from start to end so he got our thoughts and send us to see couple of display home of MOMU in North so me and my family went there and wow that 2 display home totally same as we want to build our new home but we wants some changes then Jason help us and we sign contract then they built our home quicker thanks MOMU and also we are thankful to all staff of MOMU who helped us during our building journey thanks.

From start to finish our journey with Momu has been a pleasant experience, any question or requests were responded to promptly and we were constantly kept informed of progress, the building standards are excellent and the whole building process was made easy
