My 8 year old son loves this watch as it makes him feel so grown up at the same time it gives us as parents peace of mind when allowing him to start going out to play. Love the features and that it is parent controlled. Any issues have been resolved. Customer service via email is great. All reps are extremely friendly and courteous, in particular Angel who has been extremely effective and helpful in resolving things for us. Emails are replied to quickly and effectively. Highly recommend this product and have done so with a number of other parents we know.

I dealt with Febril and the service I received was excellent, she fixed my issues in a prompt manner and always returned my emails. she resolved all my problems promptly.

We had a minor problem with the watch, so I emailed the support address.
Angel came back to me very quickly and had it resolved immediately - very impresses with the quick service.

Like other people mentioned, GPS is inaccurate. SOS is delay when activate. Camera is a bit dark, could use a light/flash. What's the point of gallery in phone app? Does not save any of the pictures. App always ask for log in password. Better is child could message other people on their contact list.

We got the Moochie watch for our son because it had gps and we could see where he was in the case of an emergency, in reality the gps is Terrible. I can usually see where he was a few hours ago but it’s never up to date. Even when at home it doesn’t actually show where he is it shows him about 100 metres away. Quite cheap but still not worth the money.

This watch is amazing so simple to use my son with autism has no problem using it also wifi is great as he loves sending me emojis, being connected to home wifi saves on data costs :) only down fall is not being able to get a bigger plan or change SIM card but understandable for the cost

Replacement one... won't connect to a network. I must admit the team do respond quickly with another trick to try but nothing works.
Bought it for my son for Christmas, been getting charged monthly bills since, and he hasn't worn the thing past christmas day. Great stuff....

When the app is working the watch is fantastic. Really feel they need to work on the app though. Too many issues. Watch isn't as waterproof as they say. Febril the customer service worker was very quick to respond and ended up helping fix the problems. Happy with the help I received:)

Great watch. We purchase this for Christmas 2022 and it's been fantastic and my son loves it. Gives him more independence and confidence. We did recently have some trouble with the app. After uninstalling it and reinstalling it a few times we would receive the messages from our son however couldn't see them or hear them, it just keep loading and it became extremely frustrating. Anyway after getting in contact with Andrew from the Moochies support team he got us back on track and working again. Really do appreciate the support team they are very efficient at replying to emails sent to them.

Only had the watch 1 day and thanks to febril who helped with a small issue of me not hearing the voice messages my child sent all works great, we live in a little village and the gps shows him exactly where he is at our house. Today hes been all over with grandma whilst I worked and I've being able to keep in touch with him and see exactly where he was.
We charged it around 6pm and its lasted over 24 hrs!

After giving the moochies watch to my 8 yr old on his birthday, it had significant app issues. After contacting moochies support, I had excellent dealings with Andrew. He was professional, helpful and understanding. It made dealing with the issues much easier. The app has now been updated and I am happy with my decision to purchase the moochies watch.
