Mines the same my son CANT recieve texts or calls and cant connect to a network worked for the first day and for then hasnt work. Im so frustrated as its coming up to year on the 09.06.2020 since i bought it and dont think they will do anything about it now. Its just been sat there doing nothing the whole time. You know when you get real busy and completely forget to sort stuff out yes it was one of them times. Now my sons asking for his watch and he cant have it as its like just a piece of costume its got credit and everything on!

My son received a Moochie watch for Christmas last year and all was well until now.
The watch was on full charge, my son held down the large button on the side accidentally sending an SOS which we received the alert and now the watch screen does not work.
Through the Moochies app, I can see the watch is on, has full charge and I can call it, but the screen does not light up at all. Please help resolve this issue!

Same issue, contact them and keep pushing for a refund. It's a glitch that they obviously blame on other issues.

Hi James, there can only be one administrator for your Moochies, however if you wish for your wife to have administrative rights, can you please email us at [email protected] confirming the following:
- Your Moochies IMEI number (You can find this within the Settings menu of your Moochies).
- Your Moochies Version number (You can find this within the Settings menu of your Moochies).
- Your Moochies mobile number.
- The email address you are using for as the username for your MyMoochies app.
If you could let us know these answers via email and quote that you wish for your Moochies to be reset so your wife can have admin rights, this would be great.

I wish I had read these reviews before i purchased this watch. My sons watch constantly says hes away from his safe place even when connected to WiFi. The whole reason we bought this was to see where he is. Surely you can improve the accuracy somehow. My boy spent all his Christmas money buying this watch for it to not do what its supposed to do.

Our Moochies watches can only give an accurate GPS reading if the Moochies is connected to strong 3G Vodafone signal (for our Australian customers) and if it is connected to strong 3G EE signal (for our U.K. customers), and only once both watches are connected to strong 3G signal it will then show a reading of 5 to 20 metres of accuracy due to the watch's small antennae. If the Moochies is in a location where there is weak or no 3G Vodafone/3G EE signal, then the GPS will not show its location accurately, due to weak connection with the 3G network. The network is sadly beyond our control and it is never our intention to cause you any inconvenience.
