Excellent Support Team
I bought this watch for my 9 year old Son as a Christmas gift, after setting the watch up for him he wanted to wear it but couldn’t switch it on as the function button had come off, I sent an email to inform the Support Team but nobody had replied so after a few weeks of waiting I sent another email and had a rapid, professional and efficient response from Andrew who was very supportive and friendly he told me to send the watch back and I will receive a new one, now I have one very happy Son :-)

Love it!!
On our 3rd generation of watch, more impressed each time. Can honestly say that they are constantly updating to iron out identified kinks. Customer service is second to none (Andrew is a legend!), couldn’t be more impressed. Our latest watch arrived 24 hours after purchased online and we’re already using it to video chat with friends overseas. Fabulous on every level :)

Excellent customer service
We are really happy with the Moochies watch we bought for our daughter. She loves having a phone and we love that it is safe. Waste of Time and Money
Very unsatisfied! Bought two watches for my 9yo and 10yo.
Have had about 4 exchanges between the two. When the wathes work they do pretty much what they suppose to do. But after about a month or so they suddently stop working. The service is good. But then you embark on an endless trail of emails trying to trouble shoot, eventuating in a replacement with new device and sim card. need to set up from scratch again with new contacts and all. WASTE OF TIME AND frustrating.

Fantastic product!!!
I purchased this product for my daughter and for my piece of mind. I'm happy with the product and believe the customer service to be great too. Waste of money
You have to pay monthly for the watch to work. Its not easy to set up and not as entertaining as it should be for a child. My daughter’s one worked for less than two months and all of the sudden the watch stopped working. Tried to solve the issue with technical support but they couldn’t and refused giving me a refund. Ive got a very frustrated child at home now and feel like i wasted 120 pounds!

App did an upgrade and now it doesn't work properly
I can't receive emojis or voice messages any more after the app did an upgrade. It was working perfectly until then. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app but that hasn't fixed the problem

Fraudulent company do not deal with these rats
App isn't compatible with Samsung Galaxy s9+. I unfortunately purchased off the website. I've sent multiple equests for a refund for a product that can't be used and have been told to download non verified versions of the app to the latest correspondence of "we'll let you know when it works".
If they can even get an app to work I wouldn't be entrusting them with location tracking of children.
Complete waste of money and they've the audacity to charge me for a monthly SIM fee that I can't even use.
I will be making this a tribunal matter. Do not recommend this company or product at all. Complete and utter scam rats.

Contacted support for answers on something, ended up being nothing they could help with was something completely out of their hands but Andrew was the person I spoke with, very prompt, excellent support. Only new purchase but definitely be getting the other kids one.
They should look at making one for adults.

Good product, Excellent Service
The watch has been great. We have had a few small issues along the way (e.g., break in the watch, and it needed to be replaced; was getting billed for new and old watch for a period of time). However, every issue has been resolved promptly. Andrew was kindly supportive and sorted out a swift refund of the over charge - thank you : )

Don’t waste your money
Was so excited to get this watch for my daughter but after 3 days, watch stopped working
Have left msg to customer care but no one bothered to contacted me ... glad I bought it from HARVEY NORMAN dp returned them easily but money is still deducting from my account for sim which not using more than a month

Billing and service issues
We bought this watch late last year and have been very happy with it until this week. It all works as it should.
This week the direct debit failed due to a banking issue and Moochies cut off the service to our 9 year olds watch instantaneously before notifying us!!! We had no way to contact our daughter while she was catching the bus home from school and she has no way to contact us. It took a while to work out that the problem was.
