I found Gino easy to work with. Calling their front desk can be troublesome, email them and they will call back.

We've been with Mortgage Ezy for a couple of years now, and when we noticed that our rate wasn't as competitive as it was when we joined, we shot them a quick email and asked them what they could do. Angel was fantastically responsive, got back to us straight away to initiate a rate review and then kept us in the loop about what was happening and how it was tracking. Managed to knock nearly .2% off for us which keeps the rate down there with the best. Very happy!

I have been with Mortgage Ezy for a short while and recently enquired to up our credit limit.
Previously was with one of the big four banks and despite years of "loyalty" on my behalf (not theirs),they were unwilling to even get close to the rate offered by Mortgage Ezy, so we walked.
Mainly we have dealt with Ron via email or the odd phone call, he has been very prompt and polite with all things asked. Ron got things done through the Xmas stampede for us nicely.
The process does have a small burden of paperwork attached, but nothing difficult to understand. Well worthwhile.

I have been with Mortgage Ezy for over 2 years. I've had the best variable rate that I can find in Australia. Had no issues at all.
Good staff on the phone.
Just have to be aware that the application process takes a fair amount of your own time and everything is online or over the phone.
Would recommend.

Happily reduced my rate as requested.
They follow up when they say they will, offer good customer service.
Don't have to wait long on the phone when you do need to call them.

Have been extremely happy with Mortgage EZY since taking out a mortgage with them about 4 years ago. Their customer service has been excellent, website functionality simple to use and have passed on plenty of rate cuts. Make sure you ask for Gino.

We ended up with Mortgage Ezy without ever having selected them as our provider. We had signed up with Reduce. It turns out Mortgage Ezy were actually using Origin who are owned by ANZ. There was no transparency and this has meant we have been waiting for nearly 3 MONTHS for a release in a transfer to Athena. Mortgage Ezy is just a marketing shell designed to harvest fees. Do not fall for the fake reviews!

Great communication with Ron, the rate is really good. This is our second loan with Mortgage Ezy and have no complaints. Took a bit longer than we thought getting all the paperwork sorted but previous experience says once it is set up it is very easy to use over the internet.

Ron was extremely helpful throughout the mortgage process. Quick to respond and went out of his way to expedite the process. I can't thank and recommend Ron and Mortgage Ezy. :-)

After some initial issues with documentation request, issues were smoothed out. Ron helped facilitate the whole process as best he could.
