What a great service, just pay, pickup and use! The staff at BP Midvale were helpful. My wife had already booked and paid for the trailer online, so we just had to enter our booking number and we were away. It was really handy to move our friend to new premises.

Needed a trailer to assist friends to move. This location suited our needs. The booking process was easy, as was the payment process. Trailer was as ordered. Customer service at point of hire was excellent. Return process was just as easy. Thank you, to all concerned. Highly recommend this outlet.

Clearer information regarding the self serve process of Pick up and Return would be useful for first timers. Apart from that every thing else was satisfactory and went quite well

Trailer hire was just ok. Trailer as specified but tyres were borderline roadworthy. I had to do 2 tyre changes due to low pressure and leaks. Went to beaurepairs for tyre change and they were unaware if the policy? Rang customer service and had to visit another trailer rental depot to swap spare tyres on outbound trip and same on return trip. Guy on the phone was helpful in sorting out the problems but would have preferred not to have any issues. The trailers could be checked more regularly for any maintenance issues. Looking elsewhere for next hire. Transaction were easy. Kiosk easy to use. Customer service helpful.

I booked the trailer for pick up after hours (02am) so the guy from the petrol station was a bit worried but he manage to do everything right and the trailer was perfect so it all worked quite well in the end.
The suggestion would be not schedule to pick up a trailer after hours as the shop keeper have to login on the machine in your behalf but other than that was all good.
I will use the service again, for sure.

Trailer itself was great, good price and made for a cheap move. However, trailer was full of old motor oil and we had to clean it out before use. Our soft furnishings could have easily been destroyed if it wasn’t noticed.

Couldn't have been happier with the way my hire went recently. I discovered that not only did I save 10% by pre booking online, but it also meant I didn't need to pay a bond payment!! Upon collection of my trailer the process was so simple. The return process proved to be just as straightforward and overall it was a very efficient service. I will definitely be using move youtself trailer hire again!

Left indicator would not work. I tested my car plug and tried over five different harness from the counter. Took a long time over 40 minutes before I could even drive off with the trailer. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!

I needed a box trailer for a few hours. A really simple process to book and pay online. Pick up and drop off was at a local servo. It was quick simple and easy. The trailer was in good condition and was exactly what I needed.

I rang and asked if they did one way trailer hire they said yes so I booked them in and paid. Then I got confirmation email saying we have to return trailer so I called back and asked them to explain why the had changed their mind. They said it was an error and they add shouldn't have said yes to one way hire. And that they will reimburse my money but will keep a fee off 10%. why when this was their error and it will take 5 days to reimburse my money. Disgusting business to deal with.

I would recommend this service 100%. Only if they have 2 hrs minimum suggested price $59 inc. gst. Some people do not need 4 hours for one trip to the tip. Deposit can be the same amount. By the way the return of deposit within 24 hours.

Good quality clean trailer, safe and reliable, certainly impressed with the item hired. Easy to collect and easier to offload, good customer service over the phone, will certainly most surely hire when needed again.

Easy online booking and payment, could have been a little cheaper. Moving furniture 30 minutes up motorway, safe tidy trailer, loads of anchor points, clean, good condition. Have used before and would use again.

Simple arrangement. But needs condition of trailer monitored better. Little bit expensive too. Handy for shifting as it allows you to book for as long as you need, and extend it if you need to.

service was excellent,the hire price was so good and saved me a lot of worry over whether it was large enough,I actually had loads of room to spare and I only had the 7x4 for moving 4 massive bags of grass clippings(the bags were really large,made for the job from Bunnings)and a real load of branches fron a couple of trees.This is the second time I've hired a trailer from move yourself and was the same price as a year ago which I found surprising.

Great customer service, shop owner was very helpful and knew what I needed to do.
Online payment process was simple and product hired was as expected for the price.
Only negative was the electric braking system was on high and was locking up when braking because our vehicle has electric brakes. Turned down to min and adjusted my own, towed perfectly after that!
