Please do not book through this company as I was provided incorrect information which i found out when i received booking confirmation i tried calling during business hours to rectify and was greeted by a voicemail which i left a message and never received a return call.
Still nothing to this date.

I emailed to cancel 3 minutes after receiving a confirmation that was incorrect to the information provided they then proceeded to charge a $130 cancellation fee.

I have a recorded conversation of being told false information and have lodged this with the governing body.

This is a brokerage service that is not about the customer at all.

After making a cash payment they claimed my reservation never existed and that I never made payment. Charged a booking fee for a booking they never even made. Horrible service.

Dropped my car easily at Brisbane depot. Car was delivered to Melbourne depot within a week. Great communication. Great service. Great price by dropping car at depot and collecting at depot. Would definitely recommend

Professional stuff and available to answer to any question, the pick up day was also after hour till 10pm.
I moved both my cars from perth to Melbourne and did not have any issue.

Posted a job on their site which wasn't difficult - simple move for a hatchback Perth to Melbourne.
Never received a quote or any feedback whatsoever.
Will use someone who gets better reviews.

Customer service was great. Car arrived in Brisbane before us and the price was amazing. It was a simple process made easier by great staff. I was notified before it even turned up to tell the me the due date.

DO NOT USE THEM - I GIVE THEM MINUS 5 stars, they are a bunch of dishonest rude crooks who stole money from me, I made a booking mistake which I never completed or never received a receipt. I had to use another transporter to transport my vehicle, however they still kept some of my money.
Shame on you Moving Cars, you have stolen money from a disadvantaged person, you should have acted professionally and done the right thing and fully refunded all of my money, I have not given up on your greedy shifty tactics to milk money from me and I intend to take this issue to Consumer Affairs..!
After reading the other reviews, I am not surprised to see such a negative rating, as a lot of the other people have said - Warning, do not use them.

Our Nissan Leaf was delivered from Melbourne to Cairns very quickly and efficiently. Car was delivered clean and tidy. I have used other carriers in the past and the car has been delivered covered in bugs and road grime. This carrier is sooo much better.

Prompt quotation and clear communication. Ceva Logistics were the carriers and the whole process was way simpler than I possibly imagined. Tracking advice and then notification that it had arrived; all good. Collection was apparently smooth and uncomplicated. Very happy.

Received quote and paid then received email saying price had increased by $56. Then passed onto SMB car carriers and received confirmation that no goods allowed in vehicle however original quote said goods allowed. Sent email complaint and received invoice for $110 for goods in car. That was unacceptable so cancelled goods in car. Realised that you are only booking company so paid over $100 more than I should have by booking directly with SMB. Book directly instead of through these rip off booking companies.

The quote you initially receive is NOT the amount - they add hundreds of dollars onto it and tell you its in the fine print - they tell you the car will be picked up within 24hrs - not true - they tell you it depends on the company and availability - I moved from NSW to Perth on the website it says 12-25 days its been 5 weeks and the date is constantly changing - adding another week to it. They give you the number for the carrier and the carrier they used S&B or some crap tell you they will call you back - they dont - then they say unfortunately thats just the way it is

They took care of my classic car and delivered it as if it had never been transported 1,000's of kms. It is clean, unmarked and I can't thank them enough.

Ordered the service without any problems it was very easy to follow and the information given was easy and understandable, efficient responses to questions asked, efficient collection of car. overall very happy with the service.

Contacted Moving Cars for a quote to move car from Brisbane to Melbourne. The price was excellent and after accepting quote all information concerning the transport was provided to me. The car was transported within 7 days and collected after hours from Laverton depot. Very easy to organise and very efficient.

Car was damaged in transit by a Moving Cars carrier we payed extra for a non runner but it was a driver, no refund for the car being driven onto a car trailer, and the rear suspension was damaged either in transit or there telling me in there holding yards, worst service ever

I used moving cars to collect a car from Sydney and drop off to Townsville. The cost was about $1200ish. I asked the car to be collected on a Friday. The car arrived in 13 days. The company was easy to deal with and I experienced no issues whatsoever. I called to give a different number for them to contact on drop off and they passed on that information to the truck driver no problems. No damage to the car. Really happy with the service.

Moving Cars was easy, simple and quick.
Communication was fast and clear. Car was transported efficiently and communication at recievers end was also fast and clear.
