I have been ordering off this site for sometime. It was initially brilliant receiving items quickly and accurately. Now it is awful. I have tried to process orders but it says it doesn't recognise my paypal. Items aren't even described properly. Postage used to be capped and service good. I'm wondering if it has been sold????

They pick the most expensive price comparison to say they are providing a discount, yet the real retail cost price is less than the price they are selling for! Example: they are selling a "radio flyer trike $180 discounted to $89", but u can buy on the radio flyer website for $69!! What a joke.

When i first signed up and started buying through mumgo they had a $9 flat rate postage fee, which was great as i usually purchase multiple items. Now i really dont know how they calculate it but for a ladies jumper, soft baby toy and 2 small tubes of baby bum cream they wanted $26 postage! I will no longer bother with mumgo as what you would have saved you pay for in postage.

You dont end up saving anything as postage it too high.

Not only is the postage ridiculous but if you don't receive an item that their computers say was sent, they won't refund you unless you take photos and keep labels! Their customer service team are rude as well. Now they have mixed Mumgo with Catchoftheday it's gone down in quality items to purchase. I wouldn't bother. Go on eBay instead!!

I have to admit that I had low expectations of Mumgo once I read "up to 21 days for delivery" on my confirmation of order email and then read of other's bad experiences. However, the next day I received another email noting that my item was dispatched. Five days from my order date, the item (just what I ordered) was delivered to my door. I was kept informed of the item's delivery status along it's journey from Mumgo to me. That's great service!
Inexpensive, good communication

I received the wrong items, they asked for a photo which I sent, then was told I can return the products at my postage expense and I might get a refund. Not worth it as spending on postage twice would cost more than the products worth!!! Never use this site!!!

As a frequent user of Mumgo i.e. about 10 orders, my experience with them to date has overall been positive. There was only one occasion when I had to follow up & my enquiry was attended to promptly. They have pretty much kept within the delivery timeframes they advertised & I have received the products intact.
Easy to order, enquiry followed up quickly

I am surprised by so many negative reviews. I have had 8 different orders with Mumgo over the past year and my purchases have always arrived in tact (pack very well) and just as described on the web advertisement. I agree that the goods generally do not arrive quickly. I have waited around 2 to 3 weeks on average. So if you are in a hurry.. go to a store to buy. I am happy to wait for a bargain!

Not really happy with there efforts I ordered a breast pump and a couple of lego mats for my son! I just received my order today after a month and a half waiting for it! Have emailed cant find a number for them anywhere if havent replied to me by end of the week I will take it further! Very disappointed thought I was getting a good deal! Will never buy from this mungo site again!!

Haven't received half of my items!

Wouldn't you expect a delivery of Easter eggs before Easter especially when you order two weeks before. The goods are local products only coming from Victoria. So I need to go shopping today to purchase more for the grandchildren, then I will have an unwanted order turning up after Easter. Can you imagine trying to get a refund??? They can't even provide a phone number. I will be un subscribing once I do receive this unwanted order If I receive it.

I have never come across such an unorganised company! I have been waiting nearly a month for my item and it hasn't even been dispatched yet! They can't cancel it/ they can't make any address changes to it- don't they have a phone number with their own warehouse?! Obviously not!!! I will never buy. I will never buy from them again!
Their procedures are at a Pre school level! My child could run a company better than they do! Not to mention their website! How annoying! Bit of advice Mumgo get a contact phone number and have a actual search engine- I would rather go to the shops at Christmas time than scroll though every single page to find what I want!!!

I purchased over $100 dollars worth of stuff for my first order, after many email sent they assured me it had been sent, many more emails later they told me it hadn't been sent & I finally received it after an 8 week wait! Along with a $10 credit that expired the following week! Furious at mumgo!!! Also I ordered baby lotion which the top wasn't screwed on tight & went all thought my order, & I couldn't be stuffed dealing with them again to get a replacement. Very disappointing service

Shipping delay

I placed five orders with Mumgo and was happy with the quality of the items. Once they run out of a product and they were quite late with an order but I have been given a $5 credit and a $10 gift voucher. They are a reasonable internet seller, others are much worse. I would recommend Mumgo, they have good bargains sometimes.
Good and cheap products.
A bit disappointed when an item I ordered was not available anymore.
