I have done about four or five orders. Delivery is a little slow, but was within the time frames advertised. I had one faulty product, which they refunded in full after I returned it. I just followed the return procedure on the website. The items seem like good value. The only thing is I haven't ordered for a while, as it just seems to be the same old stuff, nothing too exciting.

I have bought goods off Mumgo website - so far all good. This time bought set of 3 owls and only 2 have arrived. Like everyone else tried to find a phone number but had to send an email. After reading other reviews I am not expecting to ever see my 3rd owl. If no satisfactory resolution will be unsubscribing from website

What a load of Rubbish! Mumgo is more hassle than it's worth! I ordered baby clothes, asked for size 2 and received size 1. Looked everywhere for a contact number...nothing! Emailed them 8 days ago! No response! Emailed them 3 days ago.. Still no response! Seriously the poorest customer service in town! Pull your fingers out Mumgo! You could have a thriving business if only you knew how to run it and deal with errors!

First order came and were missing items, they ran out and refunded me and gave me a credit without chasing up which is fine with me, second order was complete but just took a bit longer to post and the last one they sent me the incorrect item and run out of the rug I wanted. They gave me a choice of refund with a return or they would give me half my money back and I could keep it, I took that option as it would be a hassle to return it and she was not clear that she would refund the shipping.

Can't seem to get orders 100% and postage

I have ordered and received an inflatable pool ring for my daughter. I found that there are some holes and I requested for replacement. After 2 weeks, I still haven't received any responses from Mumgo! According to their teams & conditions, you have to lodge the refund / replacement requests less than a week after received your orders. What's happened in this case?!? It's ridiculous on such poor customer services!!

Poor customer services, no response on enquiries

Ordered several times and they delivered much later than the advertised delivery period. Needless to say I had some very overdue birthday and Christmas presents to give. Also, items that I was charged for did not get delivered. When I contacted help desk, they asked me to take photos of the delivery box (luckily I kept it) which in the end was pointless as they then advised that they had run out of the item. Frustrating experiences both times.

I have ordered quite a few items from mumgo recently and they have always been delivered within the timeframe specifed and always packed very well. The quality of the products have also been high - and they always seem to have name brand items on sale which i like. I find mumgo a lot better the other sale websites

Received on order on Monday 17 December - totally incorrect order and obviously someones elses order - upon contacting them i have been advised that i will not be receiving my goods - i will never order from mumgo again - i have been left to buy presents last minute and still waiting to hear back from them for the return of goods which are not mine. what upsets me is i have someone elses order (as there is no invoice included i have no idea whos) - who i am sure would have been planning to give as presents - so 2 families have been let down for Christmas by Mumgo

No good means to communicate with them

I've bought from mumgo 4 times now. the last 2 times have been bad!!!
I gave them a last chance thinking it could have been a one off but this time was even worse!!!!
This time, numerous emails sent with no response and a month later my order arrives which is now useless to me! (Nappies dont fit now as babies grow!!!! Bought other items from my order as I needed them.) Another item in my order was wrong. I will not use Mumgo again! Customer service pretty much non-existant, delivery is terrible.

Last 2 times awful! This far outways the good!

I ordered some toys from mumgo. the prices were excellent as it was part of their catch of the day/deals/ christmas offers. The delivery was prompt and all toys arrived in excellent condition. Even ordered some crayons which were around 72 pieces for $ 4 which was a steal! Will always recommend them.

I bought an item on 27 October 2012. On 13 Mayember finally received the order but they sent me the completely wrong order, I is now 12 December 2012 I have been emailing ever since 13 Mayember trying to return the incorrect item and receive what i purchased only to provide the information they ask then i get another email requesting me to log into a different section each time to request for a return. I think this website is a joke, they take your money and offer no customer service or returns policy.

Customer service apalling and they run you around in circles when they sent the wrong item.

This company is really poor customer service as well as delivery .
I placed order more then a month ago, half of the product arrived but other half of my order never arrived. I emailed them however no reply for many weeks,supposed to reply within two days lol, no other way to contact them, just taken my money not sending the product.

I am very disappointed with this company.
I never ever order them anymore
And so I can't recommend anyone to purchase from mumgo!
