Still waiting on an order to be delivered that i purchased over a month ago. have been advised that the delay is due to warehouse expansion or some rubbish, but this was not advised at time of purchase. Avoid this website, go to a more reliable internet store, which have a contact number.

Wrong items sent
I purchased a number of things as christmas gifts for my daughter. They took 2 weeks to be delivered but most items were missing/incorrect. I ordered a girl doll (they sent a boy). I ordered a stuffed toy door stop (missing). I ordered a photo frame (it was exactly what I ordered and expected). I have emailed customer service and waiting for a response. I don't like that you cannot phone as it can take up to a week to hear back.
Great deals, combined postage, I buy something almost every week.

No Customer Service - Misleading Advertising - Still no refund!!
After purchasing a STOKKE Tripp Trap from Mumgo.com.au they had advertised online that was said to come with a 7 year warranty a week later they sent an email saying you can't have a 7 year warranty as its a parallel import. (this was not shown on the advertisement). The chair had already been paid for and sent to us, instead they offered 12 month warranty. I've emailed them but still no response (it's been a number of days!) Not impressed at all with the lack of customer service, meanwhile I am still out of pocket for a chair! Although it seems that you get great deals, the lack of customer service, being unable to phone someone to talk to, waiting for days to receive emails back and the misleading advertising is something to be weary of.
