Good but doesn't always dissolve well.
It tastes good enough, and fills me up so I'm not hungry - I'm currently using it to replace 2 meals a day and I'm amazed how I don't get hungry between meals. I mix it with lite soy milk and the only issue I've had is it doesn't dissolve completely, so sometimes there are small clumps of mix in the drink, but it's no big deal. I've lost 5 pounds in the first week. :)
Tastes good, inexpensive compared to some brands.
