This product is very similar (i am led to believe) to GNC's own branded product called Optibolic. Optibolic is significantly cheaper and they apparently contain very similar ingredients and are designed to achieve same result. If you are considering this product then go into a GNC store and inquire about the Optibolic because - it will save you money. I first used Hydroxycut, and achieved great energy boost and lost a bit of weight, and then when i went to restock was advised to purchase the Optibolic. Definitely gives you an energy boost, increases metabolism and latent body heat thereby causing body to use more energy and therefore use up fat stores while suppressing appetite. expensive - I paid about $150 for 240 capsules at GNC health store.Similar opinion? I have only been on it for about 3 days now and dont really want to eat.
The reason why i dont want to eat is because I have ulcers in my mouth from the hydroxycut lol Maybe this is how it works. Gives you ulcers, hurts to eat and then end up losing weight coz it is too painful to chew & swallow!
The other side affects I have experienced so far are:
*itchy all over my body *dizzy *headaches *nausea

i will continue to take the tablets till i have finished the bottle soive got about a month or more i think. to be honest my weight at the moment is 76kg.height is 158cm & im a 22 yo female. this will give others an idea of if i do lose any weight whilst on this supplement. i will be checking back occassionally and will keep you all updated on the weight progress.
easy to swallow.
just started it Monday and now tuesday so nothing really happening as yet that i can notice
the thought of having to take adrug to make me healthy, but if it is like speed as they say its really just going to boost the energy levels.

well i don't plan on taking this for a long amount of time anyway because i heard your body gets used to the amount of caffeine etc. and it doesn't give you that energy jolt anymore, but I'm pretty sure it's doing the weight loss and thats what i wanted so its pretty great to me!

g this. i started it about a week ago, i feel and look abit slimmer but i didnt weigh myself. and it gives me alot of energy which is great because usually i feel crappy. i also had the hand trembling, I'm not sure if it was that noticeable to others, but i certainly noticed it. but the worst of it id say is that at night time, once most of the pill have worn off and i feel like eating, so i go to bed early, but i just cant sleep, i feel as if the pills worn off, i'm tired but i just cant sleep; so for the past week i've had minimal sleep and noticing bags under my eyes (massive con)

Yes, women can us the product. The most important thing to remember is, stay hydrated and do not deplete your calories to much. After 90 days the product becomes ineffective. I would also suggest using a sugar free BCAA in conjunction with the Hydroxycut. You want the BCAA serving to be at least 8 grams or more per serving. Lastly, keep your protein intake high. I assume the goal is to reduce body mass index while increasing lean muscle. As always, read the label prior to use just to make sure the product is for you.
Yes I would like to shred weight but I heard that this product have testosterone so I’m a bit worried about taking it ?

Hi, it's not a drug. It's mainly natural products (Plant life mainly) combined to cause a effect. The mistake people make is taking Hydroxy on a completely empty stomach. I recommend taking one capsule with a small pre-workout meal one hour or so prior to your workout. Some are able to use two capsules per......However I found One capsule lots for me. The caffeine source is organic but can keep you awake at night if taken to late. I have the same problem with a cup of coffee to late at night.
