I bought two of them absolute crap ! I ended up cutting mine open to remove some foam as they went rock hard
Every day, i was stunned to find even scraps of paper inside the pillow with the foam, not impressed after reading some
Of the reviews that apparently the only thing bamboo is the pillow cover itself and even then its not all bamboo.

Yes. they recommend it to keep it clean - you can use it with or without the cover it comes with. I use it with the cover it comes with AND a large king size pillow slip over the lot and then change my outer pillow slip each week.

I doubt you could restore it but just give is a good shake and see if that helps.

I have had customer service call me and they say to pull apart the fibres in the pillow and allow to sit for 24 hours before i use it. I have given that a try and keep everyone posted.

You would always need to put a pillow case on a pillow. But irrelevant anyway with the bambilo - After what I experienced when using the pillow, I believe it is so highly toxic, the best place for it is in the bin.

I did without a problem. My electric blanket was underneath the mattress protector

You can but apparently you won't be able to mould them properly, also queen size pillow cases are 19.99 and king size are 24.99.....hope this helps

I get dry eyes when sleeping on it and think it is the cause as I travelled and had no problems until I came back after a month. The first night back and it started again. But I love my pillow!!!!

Sorry Tim, I don't know. I bought the mattress topper and got 2 free pillows but they are so high I couldn't sleep on them without getting a sore neck.

I gave the pillow the flick as it was to stiff so I no idea about washing it!

Hi Tim, I just checked my instruction label and it says it can be washed gently by hand but DO NOT put in the dryer

Yes the smell goes away. If you can hang the pillow on the clothes line for a day. I suffer from asthma & it doesn't worry me now.

Yes, it does go away, I covered with another pillow case for the first week, I used the European pillow cases to cover it. It did smell horrible the first night, but it goes away.

take it out of the cover and punch it a few times and just leave it for a few days. It took ages for mine to take shape, but i use them as cushions as they are crap as pillows. Send it back if it doesn't meet your expectations - i should have.

You heard the dryer works for just a couple minutes it will fluff it up. That's what the consultant told me today

Mine was purchased at Sam's Warehouse. It does get hot, but I sleep better with this pillow than any I have ever tried and I have tried a lot.

Oh that is too bad, it works great for me. Try using just an edge of the pillow and working inward as you use it over time. It gives excellent support once you get attuned to it. Don't give up!

I'd like to know exactly the same things (+ more):
1) How much do they cost for a QS (why don't they just show the price on their website)?
2) Has anyone here been using one (what is your review of how comfortable they are)?
3) Is the Bambillo Mattress Topper overheating to the body (like the pillows can be)?
