Cant believe how easy it was, and arrived 9 days after I ordered it. Looking at the web site you would think it was Australian, but when you get confirmation it says its coming from Germany with UPS. I thought I would never see it and especially now with the travel restrictions and delivery times. I was wrong. 9 days later I recieved my 75x50cm canvas in perfect condition and it was beautiful. I ordered the hanger set for $3 to go with it. Would def recommend this company and even though its not in Australia, I would order again.

I am in love with my canvas print.. it arrived approximately 2-3weeks after the order date.. however, with a “.com.au” I assumed it to be Australian... Germany from what I understood. BUT I will order through these guys again.

I am very disappointed that this website states its Australian when it’s not. I’ve ordered a very special and sentimental canvas that now probably won’t turn up which I’m angry about. It says it’s been delivered but nothing. Extremely disappointed this website shouldn’t have AU.

To me this looked like an Australian site so I ordered a picture for my Mum's birthday, it's been 6 weeks and no picture has arrived I've emailed them not much help, these pictures come from Germany I asked, if ide known this I wouldn't have bought from them, I know postage is slow but this was before things got crazy.

Blanket was very soft and the image print quality very sharp! Delivery was as described and makes me want to do do it again! Only thing is I would've liked notification of the reverse side colour to coordinate the design. (It was deep grey)

I live in Melbourne, Australia. When I ordered my aluminium print online I didn't realise that MyPicture's location is in Germany. The first thought was that I'm sure I'll get a great quality product... and I was right! I was worried about the delivery because of all the flight restrictions (covid19) but I was wrong. Everything was just perfect! The quality, the value for money, the customer service, delivery... I highly recommend this company to everyone. I will definitely order all my prints from this company.

Easy to place order, arrived on time, picture looks great (true to color, positioned how I wanted when I created it online, etc).

I will be ordering more large prints this weekend.

Best part is when I upload the photo it tells me the sizes I can print in based on the quality of my photo. I shoot on a variety of cameras with a wide range of quality, and don't always remember which device I used for each photo. Also, I'm looking for several large prints right now, so this added reassurance is SUPER helpful to me!!

The canvas looks great and the delivery time was very fast. The website is easy to use, we've made a few different orders now. We've ordered 4 other canvases before and they all look awesome.

Photo came out perfect but be aware.. it goes straight to the printers so of your photo is pixelated they wont be able to stop the process. I was lucky my photo turned out. Great servose though.

Thanks for reasonably-priced wall canvas prints - these are our favourite family photos taken by our photographer friend so we wanted them on the lounge room wall and they're great! I have waited over 4 weeks for my delivery and still nothing, I have emailed over 3 times with no response! Spent over 70 dollars. Customer service is low from my experience and I wouldn’t buy anything from here again due to the no email response and no tracking details! Iv brought of snapfish before and recommend that instead
