Generally, a good condition device may have some obvious signs of wear on the housing or LCD, but for accurate details we recommend getting in touch with the seller directly.

Why after you fail to deliver after 10 weeks do you tell me to deal with some seller in china?
And why would anyone accept your offer of a refund when going by the amount of reviews stating that refunds are never forth coming

Has anyone else had any problems with getting a refund from mydeal.com or their "sellers". I've been in contact with their resolution team and various other contact methods and I get the same response each time (your refund is in progress). They are scammers and have no intention of giving me my money back. Shame on you mydeal.

Where is my refund!!! This website is fraudulent! When clicking the buy it now button the price charged was over $35 more than the price on the page. I requested an instand cancellation and refund and still haven't receive anything!!! BUYERS BEWARE

I purchased a bed and paid, now my order is on hold for some kind of verification, small amount will be back on my account and I must let know toMyDeal what is that amount otherwise my order will be cancelled. I never experienced something like this. You must be aware that I don’t have access to internet for few days due to my work and I can not wait to respond on your coin game.

I placed an order (181257880) with mydeal.com.au on 2 April. I have sent two Enquiries using the online centre and waited on hold for 20 minutes to have the call disconnected (as advised by the recorded message that it would be - very odd that this happens so frequently)
Can someone please look into my order and provide an update on its status? The delivery timeframe was 2-10 days and it has not been dispatched yet.

This is the exact same situation as me. I have now asked for a refund. The seller won't respond even though Mydeal has sent follow up reminders. I don't know what to do

I can really empathise with all the negative feedback myDeal has received here. I personally will never ever buy from them again and can only stress to people don't risk using this website, my experience with two items has been disgraceful one of which I still haven't received after a month, I have had no response from the seller who myDeal claim to have contacted and myDeal have been nothing short of unaccountable, unhelpful and basically unhelpful.
Cindy at customer services has advised each negative feedback on this forum to go to a link to escalate complaints, I have done this without any resolution for two items and have had ridiculous comments made in respect of one of my orders. There is no option once they take your money to get a refund, exchange or cancel!
