I received my online purchased salt and pepper cuvee set of 6 champagne flutes except that one glass is missing. This is a Christmas present and I would like to know how this happened and where can I get another glass.

As you know this is NOT Myer,if you contact Myer or go into the store they may be able to tell you how it happened & where you can get another glass They wont answer you here

Why does no one complain about their sexist 80s ads!! Can't imagine why they are slowly going broke! Like watching favourite tv shows from my youth these days, super CHEESY.

I just received clothing from MYER online only to find the electronic tag has been left on. I tried to call but there is a message stating "they are experiences technical difficulties with their phone lines and cannot take calls". I live in a rural area so the nearest MYER is hours away. So my question: does anyone have an email address i can contact MYER on? That way i can upload photos as proof in an email. If you click "contact us" on the website it directs you to FAQ and no contact details.

One item(valued $100) was missing in the package. I called them two times, and sent them 3 emails. After 5 days, this still does not get resolved. No email, no message, no updates. Worst online shopping experience ever.

I ordered items on Sunday 19 and was told delivery between 3-5 working days. I am now informed the delivery will not be until Tuesday 28th May that is 10 days. I will have left for overseas on the 27 and will be away for seven weeks so I will be unable to return the good. Why is it taking 10 days for delivery please. I have ordered from you many many times and good have always arrived within 3 days

I did a review of Myer customer service and it wasn't published. I received an email questioning my genuineness of the review and to provide a receipt for the product. If you read my review the sales person didn't bother to look for the product and asked me to get it from David Jones. I can do a review of David Jones's professional service with the receipt.Because I bought it from them not Myer. Why do you think I made up this review? Does this review fake to you? Let me know because is that the case I would not bother taking time to do any reviews for you

I was thinking of buying a suit jacket online - but when I ordered some trousers, it didnt come with a trouser hanger (they come with it when you purchase in store)

Do suits / jackers / sport jackets come with the appropriately branded suit hangers when you order online?

Hi, I have purchased Calvin Klein underwear from myer onlineb and it has all come with the black security tags on all the items. Any ideas on how to remove or what to do? There are no stores anywhere near me.

The tags have dye in them so can only be removed by the store

Just go to your credit card company and fill in a form to have the money returned to you, Disputed transaction its called I think.

if you haven't had success with your bank just call Myer customer service. It happened too me and they looked up your details on my account and refunded the money.

I am only a customer. There is no way I could identify the receipt numbers on your docket.

Hi,

I just pressed the order online a moment ago and all has been paid. But after I entered all my credit card details and submit, it shows me the page "We are sorry. It seems we're having some technical issues at the moment...."
So I thought Myer haven't debit money from my account. Unfortunately I checked my bank account and it has been deducted my money without aby confirmation details. And on my online cart still contains all my items. I haven't got any confirmation as well.

Has anyone experience the same thing?
What should I do?

Yes, yesterday. Call Myer and get a refund and an explanation as to why there is such a huge breach in there esecurity protocols.

Same thing happened with me tonight, money deducted from CC,myers website said -technical error.no order confirmation.
