Never again!
MYER online took my money but the order failed to process. No email notification, no communication. After 3 phone calls to them I am assured I’ll get my money back, 10 days later, no refund, no product and no communication. Worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. A MYER one member for many years, means nothing. I’ll never order with them again.

I have been shopping on the myer website for a few years now and I always have had such a positive experience. The items are good quality for what you pay for. The whole order process is easy and shipped so fast.

No more online Myer shopping for me
Only one of the 2 items I ordered arrived.. Now I have to pick the other parcel up from the Post Office. The Myer call centre staff however were excellent but I won’t order online with Myer again.

Not everything was delivered and it looks like my beauty products have already been used.
The good delivered were used which is disgusting. Not all the items on my order were sent.its a long wait time to talk to anyone about the issue. TERRIBLE and unhygienic.

Disappointed
Placed an order over a week ago- haven’t even been notified that items have been sent. Last time my order took over 2 weeks (Myer quote max 7 business days). Myer is dropping the ball and fast becoming an unreliable store.

Damaged, incomplete and open item dispatched
So many times Myer sends the wrong item or damaged items. What kind of people work in their Warehouse?!?!
I spend so much time contacting them to seek a resolution to their mistakes.
It is little wonder people are buying from overseas.

Bad online experience
Made unsuccessful attempt to buy fragrance online . The order get lost in transit after several attempts of communications I was able to arrange the replacement. They still trying to dispatch it, unsuccessfully. I expect at least expedite delivery after 10 days of waiting but no - regular 3 4 days plus got the email: sorry dispatch delayed. Sorry guys- never again

Items chosen online are often shipped separately. Ordered 2 items to be sent to family members address (twins) for their birthday. One item has been dispatched. Waiting now for second item to be dispatched. If item unavailable then do not have item on display.

Terrible customer service
Terrible experience. I ordered some clothes with a gift card that I got for Christmas. I’m a mom who never treats herself so this is rare for me. I get the clothes late which is fine because I know the fires have delayed shipping. What is ridiculous is that the clothes had been tossed in the bag and a myer black tag was left on my jeans. I live 3 hours away from a Myer, I can’t just go in and get a tag off hence why I shop online. I contact customer service hoping for a solution. I explained that I have a teething baby I can’t just go into said store to remove the tag and I refuse to pay shipping for their mistake. I am then ignored for two weeks. I contact Myer yet again. I am told by [name removed] that I can bring the jeans into the store ( which is 3 hours away ) or go into said store to remove the tag. I have no idea why they kept telling me to go to this specific store I assumed it must be affiliated. I expressed my concern for going into the store as I have anxiety but was assured that all’s I needed was proof of purchase. So in 40 degree heat I go to the store and the woman has no idea what I’m talking about and informs me they do not have the machine to remove my tag. So then I call customer service and [name removed] apologises. She says she can send me a return label and a gift card for $20. I said ok because it’s taken a month and has been the worst shopping experience of my life. So now I don’t even get to wear the jeans that I really love and to top it off I never received the gift card. If you are considering shopping here DON’T. I am so angry with the horrible quality of customer service. I feel so defeated and upset. I honestly pray that Myer goes out of business. I am reviewing this store as much as possible because I was ignored by customer service for weeks. Update: I’ve been sent the shipping label and told that I will still receive a $20 dollar certificate. It took three people to resolve this. Poor Service
Purchased four items. Then advised they were coming from three separate stores. An item did not arrive and post office confirmed it was an incorrect address and they did a safe drop. Myer presumably requires signature of items but the item safe dropped was from their supplier. Not them. Australia Post have shunned responsibility. selecting pre populated addresses so be careful. The item missing was a match to another item I had to sign for so now have one without the other. The customer service was poor continuously talking over me when trying to explain the situation stating she was ready notes then proceeded to ask me basic questions about the issue.Similar opinion? Furious!!! No returns on sale items. What a joke
No returns on clearance items even if you buy online. What the??? So you can't see the item and if it comes and is not what your expecting or wrong size too bad. Myer are pathetic and have lost me as a customer!!

Slow Myer gift card delivery, no online customer servie
I purchased a Myer Christmas gift card online on 11th Dec 2022 for my 82-year-old mother in law as we live in the United States. We found out on Christmas Day that it never arrived. I called their customer service and they told me that it was only lodged with Australian Post on 22nd December, it was still in VIC on Christmas Day, then it would take another 5 working days to arrive in the metro area in QLD.

Thieves
Place order online. Order not lodged but money is taken. 5 phone calls and over a week later myre response "we haven't got to it yet" this company are thieves. They never offered to raise an order ( considering they already have my money! ) they never called back when they said they would. I've called them 5 times already in over a week and have been told the refund will be processed in a 48hr period. Over a week later still waiting! This company is completely incompetent. I wonder how many consumers have been stolen from by this company?!

Disappointing No Refund No Explanation
Placed an order in August for Father's Day. Goods were sent to an old address despite new address being 2 years on file. After several calls, finally received some items with another coming direct from supplier. Courier took it to old address, and to date am still waiting. Many frustrating calls to no avail, Myer won't give a refund saying they need to speak with supplier. Scenario is: 5 x Months on and $79 out of pocket. ON 1061223506 if they want to verify this complaint.

Failure to provide the item, and then won’t provide me with the refund details!
In December 2022 I ordered a dress for. Christmas function online. I then was advised the dress was no longer available and that they would refund the amount back to the MYER rewards vouchers I had used.
I have sent several emails and am told to check my junk folder. If it’s not there apparently they can’t do anything and can’t send it again. So now I am unable to access approx $70 of rewards.
They say the supervisor will respond and that doesn’t happen.

Beware of Myer online refunds policy
I must say at the beginning of this review, if I was giving a score on Myer online customer service, it would be 5/5.
Unfortunately I can't say the same for Myer online terms & conditions when it comes to a refund when an item is faulty. Which is why I have only given 1/5.

Absolutely disappointing! Selling the items they don't have in stock.
After placing the order there was no progress. I had to call the customer centre to sort it out. It turned out the item was out of stock. I can imagine this is the inventory system fault as this happened to me for the second time in the row. I don't really understand why I had to call to chase this up and why this isn't automatically cancelled. This is not going to happen for the third time though as I'm closing my online account just after I get the money back. If you are after reliable delivery times and no hassle look somewhere else.

3 purchases still no order
I ordered a set of 5 vases, one did not arrive, they said out of stock. So a few weeks later was on website again, so I purchased again. Same thing happened again. Very upset. After xmas I saw online again this time I called before I paid again. I was told they had 10 in stock. So I went and purchased again. I followed up and rang a few days later was told they were packing it . I was so finally happy to be getting the vase. Was not to be it was cancelled again. Three awful experiences.
I am a regular customer and spend quite a considerable amount of money each month. Very unhappy.

Not Snow White and Makeup on Neck
I ordered a snow white top on 7 Jan 2020. It arrived this morning. Very disappointed. The top has makeup on the neck and is OFF white.
Will be returning it tomorrow. A lesson learnt - don’t buy online.
The gentleman at Myer One was very polite but then again he doesn’t have to go to the trouble of returning it.
