really good at what they do,
there was only 1 moment i had that wasnt bad cause they fixed it but not good either, and that was one of my payments didn't show on their computers but they had good communication and was sorted really fast

Fast and efficient. Took a while to get through over phone when needed however once through all runs well. No hidden cost as paid back before due date. Very satisfied.

Change an extra $80+ for a late payment even though payment has been made.

disgusting 365% interest rates you sign a contract saying you will pay x amount by direct debit only to have them message you after and say they no longer do it and this is now what you have to pay every weekcant get in contact with them unless you leave a bad review on here then they ring and promised discount if I changed my feed back and they were very aggressive about this I borrowed 200$ ended up paying back 750$ as that was not what I agreed but they changed contract

Fast and easy. Customer Service from processing to completion was easy, there was no stress at all. There were no unexpected charges involved, no surprises.
I would use MyFi Services again and recommend to anyone in need of quick funds.

Awesome service and simple online tools. Just when my car needed work but i didn't quite have enough i was able to get a loan to help keep me on the road.

Great lifeline for those who need help within an hour. In times of need wifi loans are there and if payments are never missed there are no problems. Although do beware they do change their systems regularly so keep in close contact with notifications or you could get behind though these can easily be sorted.

I like Cigno loans now trading as Myfi loans I would recommend to people in need of a short term loan You can either ring or apply online and the service is really top notch

These people are thieves. They keep taking money out of my account despite having already been repaid in full. I blocked them and they found other ways to sneak access to my account and they are difficult to contact..how are they getting away with this? It's daylight robbery, plain and simple.

Cigno is great friendly and helpfull they help me with a loan for unexpected car repairs. All was good i then lost my job and while between jobs without work cigno were only to happy to helpfully set up a new repayment plan to suit my current lower income.. so repayments could continue at a loaer rate the extra cost associated was minamal.. very good company with great service
