MySkin Laser

I wouldn't recommend it at all for several reasons. I've had the laser hair removal and the results are very poor, there are small areas that haven't been correctly captured and hair continues growing fairly thick. During winter I experienced difficulties to get an appointment as timeslots were booked out for weeks. Also, when I attended at the consultation I was told a wider part of the body area that was included on the price and later on when having the laser treatment I was told that I have to pay extra money to capture the full area.

I honestly got better results having the 6 laser sessions in another clinic four years ago than adding 6 sessions more in the same area (12 in total) with mySkin Clinic.

I’ve been a client of MySkin Laser for many years l am happy with the results and all the staff have gone above and beyond to be professional,helpful and polite l feel so at ease when l am there and there follow up is great . Just wanted to say today at the Ringwood clinic my therapist Maddie

I was a client at the Doncaster Clinic but after it closed down was forced to go to Eastlands to use my treatments that had been pre paid. staff rush through appointments and are not thorough, They read from a script and dont listen to your answers. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone to talk to.

Very friendly staff always explaining what they were doing before actually proceeding, clean and well presented shop, water was offered with soft music playing in the background, the staff always made you feel relaxed

I had Botox injections and after 2 weeks, no effect. It has been 4 weeks now and still nothing. They wanted to do it again but wanted me to pay AGAIN for the injections, which I refused. They did not offer a solution. Just excuses that "it has never happened before". I believe they dillute the product too much, but certainly know how to charge. Do not waste your money. I would never recommend them to anyone.. Not happy

After an initial consultation discussing my concerns for facial pigmentation and redness, I paid for a 6 treatment package. I was treated by both Stephanie and Jade (at Waverley Gardens) and both girls rushed through my treatments. Other than a slight improvement in broken capillaries around my nose, their was no improvement to my skin. The impression I got was that once they had your payment they were not really interested in looking after you. I have attended many skin clinics which were very professional and went the extra yards, but this clinic failed in all areas. Jade was particularly rude to me and I will NEVER go to this clinic again. There are several amazing skin clinics out there, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

Great results at Myskin laser clinics Waverley Gardens! I have seen both Jade and Alyssa and their level of skill is like no other! They make me feel so comfortable every single time I come in for my appointments and their recommendations on treatments and products has helped me so much get the results I am wanting! Highly recommend!

I recently visited the new store at Waverley gardens. I was interested in getting my Botox topped up the nurse tried to encourage me to do more but I couldn’t afford it and it made me self conscious. Otherwise she did s good job of my Botox

So Shaylie looked after me and her professionalism also her eye details
She did not rush me I was very satisfied when I left
