My item was available a week earlier then excepted, the Mytopia team exchange the colour of the item with no difficulty. The communication was great and the pick up was easy. I would shop at Myopia again.

Treadmill priced $389.00 but I was charged $429.00 and they won’t refund me the difference. Be careful when buying items off them.
I didn’t get to preview invoice payment went straight through.
Checked email receipt and noticed the wrong amount Emailed them the next day but they wouldn’t admit the mistake

Avoid this faceless company, i purchased a EGuard solar gate opener which is faulty it wont work in any form. contacted the company via email this was their response ** PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL **
My fault should have realised a faceless company with no contact phone number, do not donate your money to this company as i have donated $700 and got nothing in return.

Customer service doesn't exist in this company. There's an automated message saying they are unable to answer your calls and direct you to an email address. THIS is supposed to be answered within 1 business hour - fat chance of that! I received a faulty item and they tried to say they would repair it and send it back to me rather than a refund! Make sure you use paypal for your purchase as it will always support any disputes.

Mytopia sell great quality products and are really good to deal with. Freight was quite expensive, but arrived quickly and in excellent condition. I recommend them. I purchased off eBay and got a great deal with a $50 voucher.

I bought the product on eBay are reviewing what other people said...the majority of which gave glowing reviews. It was sent quickly in 3 days. It was easy to put together and it's easy to lift and move around. Also, it's aesthetically appealing. It does what it was promoted for the exercise bike cools you as you do your workout

allthough the item was damaged on delivery from mishandling whilst not purpose from mytopia thek ohnered the purchace price including return fee at no cost to me which i found honerable. regards steve

i got one for my 9 year son and he went to charge it and the plug blew up and the back of the blew blew right off! I had electrician to check and it was the charger they supplied!

The bikes I got bought Xmas 2022 and one of the motors had gone and the other the charger blew so very dangerous and they won't help they don't care so I'm making sure I get the news out my son is very lucky to have moved away so quickly!!!

Unbelievably bad service and impossible to get a resolution. It had been months!! The courier they have provided isn’t picking up my parcel and without it they won’t give me a refund despite them admitting the product it faulty!!

Prompt replacement of a faulty foldout solar panels, 1 week before the end of warranty. Return and send postage covered. Not out of pocket. I could give fewer stars for a faulty product but stars are for after-sales service. Great feedback too.

Bought a faulty item. Complained to the seller about it and the seller ignored my email. Paypal refunded money and now they are sending me harassing emails. Really awful customer service. I would avoid this company at all cost.
