I received the bike earlier than expected considering the Covid situation.
Saw some videos for assembly, it was easy to assemble and few glitches were sorted by the Mytopia team.
I have ride around 70 km with power assist setting to 1 and 2, still 50% battery left.
The bike is good for people riding casually, it can climb medium slopes around 3 to 4 Meter easily.
Not suitable for hard core mountain climbing, I have to replace the saddle as it was too hard for me to sit on it, now I have some thing softer for a comfortable ride.
As a casual rider, I am very happy so far.
The price is reasonable too, can't wait to go for longer ride

September 17 paid for a golf cart. 21 of September informed. Due to supply issues cart will be dispatched 1st week of October. 1st of October informed due to unforseen circumstances item will be dispatched 21st of October. But their still advertising the item with a delivery date before my dispatche date. But they have my money thats all that counts. You would think they would waver the shipping fee Absolutely disgusting customer service

Item is as described, easy to assemble and has a sturdy frame, does the job satisfactory. Seat could have had a little more padding, It is a little hard.

Received an electric BMW trike as a gift. Faulty axle. The nut has been welded to the axle and cannot be removed. Emailed support and they are denying that the product was even sent!!! I have the product with postage evidence and they are still denying. Awful. Do not use.

The eBike was despatched the next business day from ordering & arrived at my house 4 days later - very quick delivery. Unit was well packed and arrived undamaged. Can’t fault the quality especially for the price. Some assembly was required but quite easy. All worked correctly on my first ride.

This is my second review as the first one you responded quickly. My damaged bike arrived, bent frame and bent brake disk, wobbly seat. After 20 days of emails, no response, even in spam/ trash. Please can you telephone me. Or record the delivery of your emails please.

I purchased an E Bike for my wife On-Line via Kogan.
Valk step thru. Delivered very quickly. We assembled pretty quickly even though no written manual included. You need to down-load E-Instructions from a site included in the supplied documentation.
The tricky assembly for us was the front carrier as it was different to the one in the e instructions.
I have since found u-tube videos I think made by mytopia, with Aussies explaining things, which were very very helpful. Keep doing this guys, a video explanation is great. Just make sure your camo ...

all good but could do with a more comfortable seat for an old backside not used to biking.
