Sturdy and looks nice. Seat moves out of place easily though even after tightening screws. Wish there was a removable bar in the middle between legs so baby can't easily try to get out or stand up on the chair. Food easily slides onto baby and onto the seat when baby eat as the tray does not have a "raised wood" part to stop food from sliding when baby is trying to grab food themselves.

I bought the table and chairs set and they look amazing! Nice and sturdy too. One of the chairs I couldn’t put together as a screw place was off, however a quick call to Nannie Annie and they are sending out a new chair to replace it. Wonderful company to deal with!

Bought the Star Kidz Amore Deluxe Bassinet in Hazel colour. This has every feature you could ever need in a bassinet; it rocks, tilts, has great air-flow, its great for co-sleeping and has wheels. The quality is excellent and it arrived within 3 days of ordering too. Very impressed!

Ordered a Happy Panel playpen for the online description of "easy to assemble" and "portable". It was a nightmare to assemble as parts wouldn't slot together and required extreme force by my husband. Playpen is now a permanent feature on our deck as it won't come apart and we can't add additional parts like is described on the website! We bought additional sections and they are now obsolete. Portable- well yes, My 10 month old daughter can push it across the foam mats and off the edge....not ideal! I complained to the company over a month ago, as their online description doesn't match the product we received- I've heard nothing from them.

We purchased 4 of these for our Cafe. They are very sturdy, with safety clip-in seating and easy to clean. The padded seating washes up well and being collapsable is great for storage when not in use.

Purchased the Amore bassinet from Nanny Annie, the delivery was fast, happy with the condition of the product. It was exactly what I ordered. I have had no issues or defects so have not had to deal with the company for an exchange or refund. I would shop with them again.

We bought the 3 in 1 wooden high chair to use for our toddler.
The purchase process was easy, good communication from the store and very quick delivery.
The product is fine. Note to assemblers : dont glue the construction as keeping it untightened is how you can adjust the heights!
The chair feels sturdy and gets used by our independent toddler a lot!
However some of the varnishing is uneven straight out of the box. It doesnt affect the product safety or use but does Lack that attention to detail.

We do hope to buy from the store again though!

Due to a safety concern, we cannot use the 3 in 1 high chair, beautifully crafted, quick delivery, but customer service is hopeless. To attempt and solve the issue, ive literally had to take photos with measurements in them and do the math for the customer service to understand., its beyond a joke.

I received a quality product and the shipping was very fast fast. My daughter loves the high chair! I will definitely purchase from Nanny Annie again if I need any other products.

We love this high chair. It was so simple to put together which was a bonus. The 5 point harness is easy to use and keeps my little man perfectly safe and still while he is eating. I would highly recommend this high chair.
