Narellan Pools

Marty, Kellie and all at Narellan Pools Gold Coast were excellent. They delivered when they said they would, they completed the work well and all their representatives were professional, friendly and their work was good. If there's every a next house, the next pool will be a Narellan too. We've used 3 other well know pool providers in the past and this was the most stress free project.

Dean & all his team have been amazing every step of the way, we were impressed from start to finish & love our pool. We highly recommend using them for your pool. Penrith nsw.

As this was my first pool I had cause to contact Craig a few times and he always had time to give me advice. After sales service was impeccable. Great job by Narellan Pools Brisbane South. We got a really good deal due to an install slot becoming available and the pool was installed 2 weeks after contract signing.
We had a few hiccups along the way due to the quick timeframes but the Brisbane South team, (specifically Andrew in sales, Peter the construction manager / plant operator / installer and Craig the owner) were extremely responsive and remedied any issue we had. This is exactly why we went with Narellan. The customer service, before and after sales, was great and we are very happy we went with Narellan Pools Brisbane South.

Dean from Narellan Pools Nepean District, is awesome. He really went above and beyond with replacement of our pool. My mother is elderly so has trouble maintaining, not an issue for Dean, he set up a fair bit of automation for her. I'm a wheelchair user myself and had a hard time getting around the old pool due to the shape. Got that sorted. He even put in a hand rail to help me get in and out of the pool.

I'll definitely go with them again.

We have been talking about getting a pool for years and when we finally made the decision to get one, Jason our sales rep. helped us every step of the way. Julie in the office was always on hand to help co-ordinate the build and was always happy to take our call.
Not only do we have a fantastic product but we got the right advice from the start and we have not looked back.

We've just had a pool installed by Narellan pools hills District, fantastic to deal with start to finish, turned up when they said, all their trades were fantastic and professional, always polite and tidy.
From day one Craig, Mark and his team were always a phone call away with any questions we had and nothing was ever a problem, even under difficult circumstance they produced the highest quality.
I would definitely highly recommend Narellan Pools.

Andrew, Peter, and the team at Narellans Brisbane South, were amazing to deal with. Andrew came by to give the quote on the Thursday, by the Saturday morning we had the contract signed and not even three weeks later Peter handed the pool over to us all done! We were very lucky with schedule timing and weather but also the team helped to get the job done as fast as possible and were a joy to work with. We put in a pool in another home a few years back and had less than great results so we were amazed by this experience. 100% would recommend the Brisbane South Team!

Worst experience with the Narrellan Pools Canberra. Paid extra for a self retaining pool, which bowed, was located in the wrong spot in the yard, had to change landscaping, so many issues, and have had to chase them constantly. 12 months later still don't have a pool that is fully functional and able to be swam in.
Would not recommend Narrellan pools Canberra to anyone
