The building process was well managed from start to finish.
The workmanship and quality of the works was first class.
All matters were handled in an excellent and prompt manner.
The final cost was very close to the estimated cost of the building process.
Overall, I am a regular client of BGC and have built over 20 homes with them, and will continue to use them in the future.

Overall we were pleased with our 2 storey house. In particular the architectural design, high quality specifications and building supervisor.

Though it was held up by paper work. This could have been avoided through the removal of a number of unnecessary internal processes. Progress improved once the slab was down.

The build was managed ordinarily. Wasnt what was promised as a fantastic journey initially. The supervisor wasnt giving attention to details and I had to engage a building contractor midway to carry inspections for each phase. At the end the build turned out not too bad. The workmanship was within standard but some areas like the design of the cabinet and specs of the front door entry wasnt followed. But was compensated. I am satisfied the build was successfully completed as they were delays due to year end holidays which wasnt in our favour. Final costs exceed by $8000 due to poor design recommendation by the sales consultant.

Home build faster and delivery well before expected date. Building Supervisor Lucas helped a lot in explained on each stage of completion and explained what to, how to check components and found the issue to fix before we identify during practical completion.
Small here and there issues after completion like loose taps, fixing paving, but they resolved instantly once informed. Overall good and professionally done. Thanks to Lucas and Yeme too.

Our building experience with National Homes was outstanding. Being our second time building we were pleasantly surprised that a builder could offer service and quality to such a high standard. Our pre-start consultant was very knowledgeable and guided us with some fantastic suggestions which we hadn’t thought of. Our building supervisor was outstanding in ensuring our home was built to a high standard within the time frames he discussed with us during our first meeting. We would not hesitate in recommending National Homes.

After signing with another building company, I stumbled across a house plan by National Homes. "The Beaumont". It was exactly what I wanted! After a productive consult with Reagan, I forfeited my deposit and signed with National. I had no issues with the admin or construction phases of the build, only a couple of minor hiccups which were resolved timely and without conflict. I found the Customer Portal very useful in keeping me up to date with the latest stages, including photos. I got my keys 10 months after signing, and am very happy with the quality of workmanship. If I was to build again, I would have no hesitation in signing with National Homes.

From the moment we contact National Homes to build our new family home, we had a GREAT experience. Design, Contracting and Construction have been great. Any issues were dealt with quickly and without fuss. The Customer Portal was a great way to track the building process.

The home was completed quickly, beyond our expectations and the workmanship has left us nicely surprised! Would recommend to anyone!

My wife and I were very clear on the style and design of home we wanted. National homes managed to create this design
and we loved that we could also achieve all of the items on our ‘wish list’ and remain within the budget.

The service from the staff was helpful from the beginning, and also they managed to have some issues approved with our Shire, which made us very happy.

Prestart process was clear and staff also helpful with colour selections and ideas. Once our home started on site our building time was continuous until our new home was complete, a good experience!

We built our first home with National Homes because we liked the design. We met our sales person (Raj) at the display home and he helped to amend the design to fit our lot and requirements.

During building from slab down to handover, construction took 7 months.
Kirsty our sales consultant kept us up to date, with phone calls about progress.
The web portal was updated with progress milestones, photos and documents.

This was our first building experience and chose to sign up with National Homes as they had our dream home. They were very open to changes and were very accommodating with our requests and constant back and forth making changes. They were always helpful and always listened to queries no matter how big or small. Overall our experience was an exciting and fairly seamless one. Our build was completed within 9 months which was fantastic.

This is the third house that we have built and National Homes have been by far the best company to deal with.

With a smallish block, the Salesperson (Regan), worked hard to find a design we liked and fit it to our block. We were living 1600km away from where the house was being built so Kirsty kept us up to date with a weekly phone call on the progress. The regular updates on the portal on the website with photo's were a great innovation too. Andrew (Site Supervisor) ensured that the house was built in good time and to a standard that we are happy with. It is exactly to plan and issue free.

I would strongly recommend National Homes and would definitely trust them to build with again.
