We tried to rent a 9m x 3m open air lot for our boat. Upon inspection, there was a big pile of gravel taking up 1.5m at the end of the lot which we were told was used for potholes. We asked for it to be moved so we could get the boat in and were told that the pile of gravel could not be moved. Only 7.5m was usable space but had to pay for 9m and was told the boat was not allowed to stick out the front. The young lady showing us around was no help whatsoever, just kept repeating we can't move it. Absolutely pointless and a huge waste of time. This was going to be long term storage but clearly they don't want our business.

Was perfect when I could do everything from home, from nominating the size shed, inside or outside, location & how to pay. Then received immediate advise re gaining entry, shed number, rules etc.. all you have to do is turn up.. excellent and easy to use website.

It was so easy to arrange storage space for me to declutter my house! All arranged online, over the weekend! Easy to access the space (once we knew which one was ours), clean and tidy walkways and storage space made me feel very confident my stuff would be clean and dry when I next needed it. Obsession by staff member to get signatures for contract to rent unit. Maybe review your processes. Review docs so people in the process of moving & no ability to sign. CCard given so don't see need for docs to be signed immediately. Can be done at a later date(on arrival). Don't discuss contract with delivery drivers. Didn't upsell at all and only bothered about the price. Price doesn't always matter. The lady in office very helpful in trying to resolve.

Friendly service even in these trying times. I needed boxes for packing and all sizes were on display, so it was made very easy for me to choose, plus tapes and cutting tools. I did some research on prices from different retails outlets and National Storage was the cheapest.

asha was very professional and helpful when booking the unit. Very polite on the phone and responsive to requests. Off street parking was a bit tight with removals' truck Parked in bays every time I went there.

I was impressed with the service and assistance provided by the staff at National Storage Rothwell to house my caravan on a 12 mth lease and furniture fir a month while shifting accommodation. Very difficult time with the coronovirus and implementing new distancing rules but staff were so helpful and really easy to set up online. Had a few questions because I wasn't sure if businesses were closed but phone calls were also dealt with professionally and quickly. Highly recommended.
