I have been in dispute with this company for more than 2 weeks with them now refusing to refund my money for parts which they have not provided to me. If you ring them, most of the sales team do not listen to you they just yell louder and try to sell you something you didn't ask for. The ones that do listen tell you they will talk to head office and then never get back to you.

I don't normally bother with reviews, but Nationwide Appliance Repairs really saved the day for me. Our commercial Winterhalter Dishwasher UC-XL-E is predominant to our business and broke down on us on the lead up to New Years Eve. We were preparing for a 500 person function. The Great Technician came out and within no time the dishwasher was working again, I am eternally grateful. These people really saved the day for us and i couldn't recommend them anymore!

The guys at Nationwide appliance repairs repaired our dryer, we had alot of washing backed up thankfully they had it back to us in no time at all recommend to anyone needs repairs!!!

What a rip off. Was quoted service fee which included 30 mins of labour. They knew the make and model of my dishwasher and what the problem was but did not bring the part that was required. Did a bandaid fix which lasted two weeks and now I not only have to pay for the part but also for the extra labour. Could have replaced the dishwasher for the price.

We had both our washing machine and dryer fixed and serviced recently. Angelo was fantastic. On time, polite and professional. He even cleaned behind and inside the machines when finished. We would always use this company and have already recommended it to family and friends.

Prompt response. Prompt arrival. So difficult to find someone to service our Fisher and Paykel dish-drawer. Ravin determined the fault, repaired and rechecked function within a timely manner. He also discovered that a previous inspection of our Smeg oven by a tech from another company was inaccurate and made further recommendations. Ravin was professional and personable. Tech arrived on time and was polite, introduced himself, went straight to the faulty appliances, determined the fault and proceeded with the repair with replacement parts on hand. Left in good working order. I would recommend this company.

I had Nationwide come out and fix my Bosch washing machine. I received great service over the phone, technician called 30min prior to coming out, he was very polite and informative about the problem I had. He replaced the part needed which he had in his van and the machine was up and running within 25min.

Prices where great and service was very good, I would highly recommend Nationwide Appliance Repairs.

I had Marsh come out to look at my Maytag Fridge, his knowledge was amazing, had another company try fix it and was not able to, as soon as Marsh had a look within 15min he know what the problem was, ordered parts in returned and fitted the parts as need and my fridge has been working great ever since, I will be using Nationwide Appliance Repairs again in the future for all my appliance repair needs. Would highly recommend.
