I had been in discussion with Luke from Natural Solar for some months. When it came time to purchase a Sonin Battery, the application process was simple and the installation was done in very quick time. Would highly recommend Luke Lipovac and Natural Solar.

Luke Cassar and Chris are a fantastic time to work with. My development process has been stressful but found Natural Solar an absolute dream to work with, fitting in seamlessly with the appointed builder. They're now installing on my next development and looking forward to many more.

I found Luke Lipovac to be the most helpful and well informed sales assistant for years. As I've been in the trade all my life, I know what it takes.

Once I logged into the fronius portal I saw that one of my strings had a very low output. I contacted Frank who then contacted the suppliers and within 4 days a new panel was installed no fuss. Back to full power now.
The reason I went with natural solar is because of the quality of the components installed and warranties.
I expect to maybe have one more issue as the sun cranks up over summer and the system is stressed in the heat. The cold frost and rain probably killed the defective panel. I am sure the failure will be fully analysed rather than going to landfill.

The Inverter replacement supply & installation went well, solar power then worked.
Thanks to Frank Mody who helped on the phone to connect the new inverted to Wifi.
The Installer had a problem with the Wifi connection, which was fixed with help from ZeverSolar and Frank M.

My experience with Natural Solar has been overwhelmingly positive. We got a great deal on a quality system and they have really good customer service to boot. Good to deal with a repeatable company.

I have been talking to Jonathon for quite a while before i decided to purchase. From the initial contact right through to the installation of the solar panels his service has been excellent. Tech support was very good and the technician who came out where professional and kept me informed on the issues that they found and sorted, after the tech support called to see if everything was ok

Consultant Jonathan was great to deal with. He dealt with all of my questions with efficiency, patience and good humour. The installers that put in the system were punctual, professional and friendly. I cannot find a single thing to criticize. I'm totally happy and would highly recommend Natural Solar. We got a 5kw system to add to panels we already had as well as a 10kw Sonnen battery. Fantastic customer focused service. The way it should be.

I did not buy the product from Luke, as it was outside of my budget. But still Luke was extremely helpful, prompt in his replies and thorough in the information he provided.

This is our 2nd time with Natural Solar,, we have them install our system in our last house (in Port Macquarie) now we have moved to Wodonga so I call Alan Williams again,,, WOW even better this time,, Panel are made in Israel, Inventor in Austria none of the Chinese cheap. I have found them most helpful especially well trying to deal with the Victoria Government and the hoops they make you jump through to get the rebate! ! !

I had been trying for quite a while to have a battery fitted to my existing solar system, but without success, until I got onto Alan Williams and the team at Natural Solar. They were able to install a sonnen battery for me within a couple of weeks (at the end of 2018) and have just been back to add a couple more modules to increase the system capacity. All work done promptly and without problems. Highly recommended.

We have been very happy with natural solar panels and battery. We received good advice from Alan Williams and they coped easily with a difficult installation involving a very steep high roof with difficult access and also with the complications of installing on a separate garage to the house. The installers were friendly and they cleaned up. They fitted in with our schedule and responded quickly to our enquiries They managed to find spare tiles on the property,we did not know we had to replace existing broken tiles. The amount of energy generated has perfectly matched the predictions for this time of year.
