Hi I'm 4 weeks pregnant, i found out that the natures Own vitamins that i just bought will be expiring end of this month. Should i still continue using this vitamins? And is it OK for me to take two capsules a day? To supply the nutrients that me and my baby needs. Thanks in advance for your reply

Hi there I recently started taking these vitamins first time using this brand, with my daughter I was using fabfol, I want to know when did anyone start to have signs or effect it was working like how you could u tell you were pregnant?

Aside from the awful aftertaste, It did helped regulating my menstrual period but apart from that i haven’t fell pregnant yet. I have PCOS so that’s another factor to consider.
Oh okay I’m not sure whether to continue taking them or try another vitamin, I’m due my period today no sign of bleeding!
