Good addition to a well balanced diet. If its to thick you are using too much.
If you want something purely for the taste get a cheaper product loaded with toxic sugar instead of the bodies necessary building blocks for maintaining well-being.
Its a supplement not recreational entertainment for your taste buds.

After reading some of the reviews I was a bit worried but I found this protein powder pleasant tasting and easy to digest. The vanilla flavour is mild but that's how I like it as I blend it with fruits and almond milk. I drink half before a run and the rest after and it sat in my stomach well and didn't bloat. Overall I'm pretty happy with it.

From a flat to incredibly bloated stomach after consuming the vanilla flavor.

not too sure what it was that made me feel this way but unfortunately. I will be staying away from all natures way products as a 'NATURAL' product should not make anyone feel this way.

I chose The chocolate one and the strong artificial sweetener has ruined what may have been a good product. The taste is god awful- couldn't even finish the drink I made without feeling ill. Thick and grainy as well, looks like this will only go to the bin. Shame I paid $19 for it. Will be getting the Aldi one as that was WAY better.

I took Nature's Way at the recommendation of my psychologist when my major depression took away my appetite. I mixed it in a blender with soy milk, yoghurt, banana and nutmeg to make a yummy and filling smoothie. I used it daily for years. I am lactose intolerant, so the others made me feel sick. My diet is suffering at the minute, so I'm about to start having it again.

Hi I'm a big fan of the NW Natural Protein Powder (Soy Isolate). It has the most protein (26g) per serve than any I've seen. With this one you can add your own flavour (banana, chocolate, blueberry). I use this as a supplement not a meal replacement and I've lost 10 kg since Christmas, currently 13/3/2015. It fills me up and I eat less, thus the weight loss. Thanks Nature's Way! (It's also suitable for vegetarians, which I am).

I tried this product as I needed a breakfast alternative that's quick but more importantly keeps me full for the morning working as a nurse . I have the vanilla shake with skim milk or almond milk. Or if I'm trying to be healthy 1/2 water 1/2 milk. I find the flavour fine just by itself, don't need to add berries etc. keeps me full and I've lost weight which is an unexpected bonus .

I bought this from Woolies just the other day. It was $12.00 on special. Great price for protein powder, I thought.
However, it’s way too powdery/grainy and can taste it. I do my smoothies in my Nutribullet and if I put too much (the 2 tbsp as advised by the product’s label), the Nutribullet cup swollens and can’t open it.
Also, because I bought the “natural” one, the taste is fowl and turns my smoothies into blobber.
So I won’t buy this product anymore. It’s rubbish.

My husband had been in hospital and when he came home, I thought I would look for something which would help him feel better, so I was in coles saw the Natures way product read the label and thought I will try that, it helped him so much that I have the family on it now and we have all felt better for it, its a great start to the day ..

My mum actually used to use this about 10 years ago and I couldn't believe it was still being sold... guess there is a loyal user base. It was on special in Coles so I tried it and have been using it since... heaps cheaper than whey and apparently is just as effective / easily absorbed by the body. Tried all flavours and like them all, although the vanilla is the best.
Great taste, low cost, keeps me full between meals.

I have this as a shake each morning before work (too lazy to make anything more substantial) and I love it! It keeps me full until lunchtime so I don't snack between meals. I usually just mix it in a glass of cold rice milk and it dissolves quite well however ensure you don't put too much in or it will be impossible to stir.
I would have to beg to differ with a few people regarding the taste of the vanilla product. It is by far my favourite flavour out of all of the protein drinks I have tried. It took a little while to get used to the fact that it's not overly sweet and now I can't go back to anything else.
Highly recommended for pre and post workouts too.

I have been taking protein powder for about 12 months now and I have been shopping around for a good product. When I stumbled upon this product in Chemist Warehouse, I decided to give it a try. Normally everyone says protein powder is horrible tasting and does not disolve, I actually find that this product (chocolate flavour) is the only one that does disolve with any milk (I use Almond Milk). I honestly have not tried it with water because I enjoy milkshakes not watershakes. I have lost 20+ kilos using this product and I will not change t anything else. I feel healthy and energised daily now and I feel like I need this shake daily!

Not a bad protein powder, but there's many more out there, Australian and international.
It's also not great value. Nature's way do vitamins well, but maybe leave the protein supps to the other guys.

Is a great protein shake but the vanilla is almost undrinkable, it tastes like drinking plain flour and milk, YUCK!
The soy base is a very effective protein for women, but I can definitely suggest other brands of shakes that taste much nicer. Will not be using Natures Way protein again!

I have been using it for the past 1 month and i believe this is the great source of protein. It helps in reducing weight as well. this is what i had been looking for.....:) I can rely on this product as it keeps me full and i take it after i exercise.

Good value for money. However, it contains Phenylalanine just as natural as what we can find in Aspartame sweetener and regular milk, cheese, fish, etc. If there is no artificial sweetener added, that would be a good idea if there is ' no artificial sweetener ' labelled on the tube, that would be of great help for those who are looking for non chemical sweetener added to their diet.

I have tried most of the protein drinks on the market and have paid up to $90.00 for them. Natures Way is the best! Best taste - the chocolate tastes like chocolate not cocoa!!!!!! The price is amazingly affordable. Unlike some of the others, it mixes easily in my shaker - no residue or lumps. I NEVER feel hungry when I use it.
Inexpensive. Straighforward information on the label. Readily available.

personally i prefer soy-protein, so this product suits for me. if you want whey- protein, it's not a way to go. taste ok with fat-free soy milk, but horrible with skim milk. good for vegeterian and lactose intolerance, cuz it's dairy free.
