It does work
I have been using this product for nearly a year now. This is not for people who expect dramatic results, as for me it works very slowly, but it does work, and it helps me keep it up! It's great cause i get to eat what I want without the guilty feeling in the end.
For those who experience pains, sickness, etc, I do get them as well, so instead of taking them 30 minutes before every meals, I take them with my meals or shortly after. Do NOT take them on an empty stomach.
My recommendation is to use this product only to maintain results, not to lose weight. Lose weight by exercise or some other healthy diet

Lost nearly 3kgs so far
i have been taking them for a week now. 2 (3) times a day. yes they made me feel slightly sick to start off with...but that passed. i agree better taken closer to having food than 30mins. I have now dropped almost 3 kgs. havent started exercises yet. but will..wedding in sept and 20 - now - 17kgs to lose. other side effexts i havent experienced. Just the 2 days just after i started of funny tummy....since then normal not run to loo trips..lol...am looking forward to finishing the bottle. currently 87 not 91 anymore...and looking forward to losi...Read more
ng more. i have 5 weeks to lose what i can before i refit for wedding dress before it is ordered. fingers crossed. will update as i go if anyone interested. Rep price is reasonable.. after getting into your system it gives you energy but not hypa like others. does make ur tummy funny when you first start. but that passes and isnt too bad.1 comment

Bad
Well, im off them now. It didnt last long for me. I found that after taking 2 tablets I was feeling sick and lost my appetite. Bit sore in the muscles too around my arms. I ended up just taking 1 tablet before meals and the pain and discomfort was still coming but not as strong. So ive decided not to go ahead with the plan and have just cut my meal portions right back.
May work for some people, may not work for others.
In most main local supermarkets
Made me feel sick
Too many tablets to take in one day
