Honey Blonde 9N, Dark C/Nut Brown 3N, Light Chestnut Brown 5N, etc...Very disappointed
I bought the chocolate blonde colour to lighten my hair (it was dark brown before) and instead it made my hair black! Also very misleading, it is called "NaturStyle" and advertises natural ingredients but is full of chemicals. I'm very upset that I've soaked my hair in chemicals and now will have to do so again because it this product making my hair a completely different colour than I wanted

Skeptical at first then pleasantly surprised!
My natural colour is a level 6 (neutral, very few warm tones) plus I had warm blonde highlights and low lights woven through my T-section by my hairdresser. I wanted a more earth/animal/human-friendly solution for refreshing my fading blonde hair colours and to blend in some of the greys. Having read online that the 9N left some users a little brassy I decided to weave through streaks on my previously highlighted T-section only and to avoid the darker level 6 hair underneath. The result is beautiful, very natural, fresh lighter streaks through ...Read more
this T-section. Not a single brassy streak anywhere. I'm very happy to say the least. This procedure at my hairdresser costs me $190 every 3 months. It's kinder to the environment, my wallet and healthier for me. I couldn't be happier and look forward to continuing on with this product and procedure in the future. I highly recommend.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
What option now
I have used this colour 3n or 4n for around 20 years and loved it. Now my scalp burns and itches each time I use it and I am not game to continue the usage. I notice the product has a sign "improved formula" on the package. Maybe that is the problem.

Perfect for me
I love this colour. People comment all the time and it looks so professional. I always was auburn and I reached this colour gradually going lighter and lighter every 6 months. It even looks like it has had highlights put through it.

Left my hair frizzy and damaged
The first time I used this dye (before the packaging changed ) it was gentle on my scalp and my hair looked glossy. So I thought I will stick to this dye as it works well without any stinging and damage. This time it was a nightmare, frizzy damaged hair, burning scalp, my hair is falling out and my scalp us till burning 24 hrs later.

Worse hair color
Hi, I have seen this product with my homeopath, decided to buy for $18.95.
Did patch test, and used it once.
It was burning on my scalp. And it colored my scalp.
And also it made my hair frizzy and life less.
I never write any other reviews on any other product.
I am feeling so bad about this. I just want to warn everyone not to buy. It will damage your hair, waste of time and money.
I had a very bad experience with this product.
By the way, I used 1N colour.

very gentle, very nice!
I bought this product because I saw one of the reviews of someone who suffers fro psoriasis and I am also have the same problem. I have never dyed my hair before and this product is just perfect, it cover most of the grays that I had and it was very gently, I did not feel itchy and also I have a very dry hair and it does not cause any trouble, it did not get dryer at all, same as before. I would highly recommend and from now on it's my product.
Would be wonderful it they could find more places to supply, it's the only downside, it should be on the shelves as any other product because it's just wonderful, I could only find in natural stores, so have more places where it could be purchased would be perfect

Beautiful product, very gentle
I'm sensitive to regular hair dye and after 10 years of staying away from dye, I finally gave in to hide those white hairs - this product was fantastic, no side effects, no burning sensation and covered well. Although I do recommend a patch test for others who may be sensitive.

Beautiful product
I love NaturStyle. I have been using this product for over 10 years and it hides grey very well for up to 1 month. Leaves my hair so soft for 4-6 weeks, longer if I've had a haircut. Not a messy product like other brands, doesn't drip all over your bathroom! Doesn't smell. I used it during both my pregnancies and couldn't smell a thing. A very beautiful product. Only wish it is easier to find! Only one chemist sells it and not very local to me. I've tried a few different colours depending on the season, usually go a bit darker in Autumn & Winter and more intense red or lighter brown in the warmer months

Naturstyle permanent hair colour.
For the past 8 years I have mixed 2 different Naturstyle hair colours approx. every 4 weeks and applied the product to my hair. This brand definitely colours my difficult and very strong grey hair. As it is much cheaper I have since used a professional product at home and I am finding that for some reason after the first week of colouring the hair, the grey shows through. It beats me?? So now back to the health food shop to start using Naturstyle once again.

I am sooo disappointed. The Naturstyle colour that I have been using has been taken off the market, so I have had to find another brand.

Great product for lightening your hair
My natural hair colour is really dark brown to the point that it's pretty much black and I wanted it to be a few shades lighter, so I got the light golden chestnut shade. It doesn't smell anywhere near as bad as other commercial chemical hair dyes and my hair didn't turn out to be light golden chestnut but just a few shades lighter, which is exactly what I was going for. I used it longer than the recommended time because my hair is really thick. Users complain that it's much more expensive than other hair dyes but I definitely think the price i...Read more
s worth paying for for your health ($20 instead of $10 for every 3 months isn't all that much anyway.) Works just like other chemical hairdyes, only this is a healthier option I have really thick hair so I wish it could have said on the packet to purchase two packets if user has thick hair.Similar opinion? My hair is orange!
I try to avoid chemical products so I wanted to try a natural hair product. I have light brown/dark blonde hair and wanted to go a little lighter for summer. I used 9N honey blonde. I followed the directions exactly and now I have orange hair :( Maybe I used a shade that was too light, I'm not sure but I'm off to the hairdressers to get it fixed for between $80 - $200 and plenty more chemicals. From reading other reviews it seems most people get good results going darker rather than lighter.
Colour is unreliable. Great if you want to look like a punk.

Excellent product
I use this in the darker shades and always get a great color result. It doesn't dry my hair out the way chemical dyes do. I switch between this brand and Herbatint depending on what is available at the health food store. It is about twice the price of more popular DIY color kits, but it's better for my health and hair so I don't mind too much. Last year I made the mistake of using a L'Oreal hair dye when the health food store was closed, and it turned my hair into straw so badly I ended up getting it all cut off. I stick strictly to the natural hair dyes now. It covers grey and the color lasts well.
Natural, great color, holds color well, covers grey.
Twice the price of popular chemical hair dyes.

Very Impressed
I have used the 7N shade today, this is the first time I have used Naturstyle and I am happy to have found a product which is gentler than any I have ever tried, it is against animal testing and the colour has covered my grey hairs and looks like the colour in the packet. will be using from now on. My hair is soft and natural looking.

Safe and Easy to apply haircolour.
I suffer from psoriasis of the scalp and found Naturstyle 6years ago and have had no side effects at all. It is easy to apply and covers my grey hair. My hair feels and smells good as well. I have saved lots of money doing it my self and would recommend to anyone to give it a try.
Inexpensive and easy to apply.
It is hard to get. Not all chemists stock it.

Not good for very sensitive skin.
I bought this product for my dad who has very sensitive skin. He never used to have a problem with hair dyes but more recently they have been causing him to break out in blisters which are very itchy. I bought this product hoping that the lower quantity of chemicals might help.
I did a skin patch test and within 24 hours my dad had broken out in blisters. So I wouldn't recommend this product for anyone with very sensitive skin as it still may cause a reaction. I'd highly recommend the patch test as the results might be different for everyon...Read more
e. The product smells wonderful. Claims to be ammonia and resorcinol free. Uses oat-grain, wheat germ, corn and soya ingredients. Pity it was so expensive. I bought this bottle for $19.95 at my local health food store and can't use it. Packaging states that the colourant contains Phenylenediamines and the developer contains Hydrogen Peroxide.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Terrible
Warning!!! Do not use this product!!! Naturstyle is dangerous!!!
I have never reacted to a hair or skin product in my entire life but...
After doing the appropriate 48 hour test and experiencing no adverse reaction, i proceeded to mix and apply the product exactly as directed for the recommended time. Towards the end of the process time it burned like hell, did not colour my hair, just bleached and damaged it terribly. I sustained chemical burns and terrible soreness and redness of scalp. My body also fells 'poisoned' and i am systemically ...Read more
'sick'. I rang the company to get some advice to know what to do from here and a silly young girl at the switch fobbed me off and sounded like she was reading a script for problem customers. I asked to speak to the technical division but she said they did not have time to talk to me (i had scalp burns from their product!!!) And would call me back. They never did. She also told me they were deleting the line. No wonder!!! Please be warned. Do not ruin your hair and scalp and feel like you've been poisoned!!! Do not touch this product!!! Whoever wrote the previous good reviews must be from the company! They are trying to get rid of their deleted line!!! Urgent!!! Do not touch this product!!! Dangerous!!! Brilliant! The only hair colour I will use atm
I've used this product several times, usually in the blonde shades. It's fantastic - no adverse reactions, great colour and lasted a long time. My hair was also really soft and manageable after using it. I don't know why the other reviewer had a problem but I don't think it's a normal reaction. And no I don't "work for the company" LMAO.
Easy to use, works well, great colour, leaves hair in great condition

I am writing to say how much I love this brand of hair colour!
I have been using it now for a year or so and found it to be far superior to any other hair colour product on the market (that I have experienced). I use the 5N. It has no red/orange tones like other brands and it smells nice. My hair is glossy and the colour lasts the longest! People comment on my hair all the time even when the greys show through a little – it still looks like a really great colour long after I should have touched it up.
briliant colour and long lasting, less chemicals than other brands

I'm not sure as I know longer use the product.
Thanks. I just find it strange that it is not shown on any website that sells this product and they themselves do not have a website with info on their product.
It is made in Spain by Phergal c/- Hierro, 79 28850 Madrid. It is imported by Kadac Pty Ltd 134 Argus St, Cheltenham Victoria. Email contact is [email protected]
I too used this product successfully for many years until the formula was changed recently (1 - 2 years ago). Now the product has had a name change to Naturtint, although the rest of the box is identical except for a new picture of the hair model.
The new formula makes my scalp sting and I felt very dizzy after last using it!

Hello RRK,
I have a sensitive scalp and find Naturstyle doesn't cause any irritation. I am not sure how it would affect psoriases though. Perhaps you should try a small area to begin with and see how it goes? My hair has a lot of grey in it too and Naturstyle covers it well. Hope this helps.

Thank u Pauline... I think will give it a go for once...
