Tits on a bull
My Navman kept freezing so I reset it.
It worked for a bit then I updated it.
Since then its been stuck on the USB screen no matter what cable I plug in.
Reset button made it worse.
Now I have a paper weight and another brand I will never buy again.
Purchased in September 2021.

Hopeless piece of gear
IN error I purchased this unit as a replacement of my Nuvi 700 series. What a waste of money.. The nuvi series knocks spots off this latest unit without trying. The EZY350LMT does not have any such programs like the Nuvi 700. I only bought this new device because on two occaissions I have FAILED to be able to upgrade the maps inspite of paying the #90.00 plus fee.. And even inspite of not being able to upgrade the maps I will persist with the old unit.[ purchased 2007 ] as I can read this and get ALL the additional programmes. The new unit will just go into my rubbish drawer.

International rent failure
Purchased specifically to tour Europe Map was downloaded late Sept for use during October maps expired after few days - Navman informed that the key was activated on 7 Sept? Map downloaded after 17 Sept. help? desk don't listen, keep repeating it activated on 7 Sept so can do nothing.

activated on 6 September nothing navman can do. My son is now back and has informed that he downloaded the map a few days after I gave him the unit which we know was 17 September his daughters birthday and he received a message that the unit was activated on that date. I can see that the European rental maps were activated on the device on the 6th of September, However the map that was updated/downloaded around the 17th of September was the 1806 Australian map update for your device. When the key is used to activate a rental map, that is the day the rental period starts. not when the map is first downloaded and installed. Navman = Waste of Time and Money
This is the worst device of any kind I have ever bought.
The device WILL NOT connect to a Mac - and I am on my second Navman now. There is NO SUPPORT - they do not give you any help whatsoever.
Read all reviews and only buy a reputable brand - do not buy any Navman product, or you will be like me, a wasted day and money.

Absolute Rubbish
Navman Problem Reference Number 644156 (You have my phone number) Difficult to restart after it times out and poor design and quality of the power lead meant it needed replacing after three months use. Biggest problem of all was updating maps and adding overseas maps. The process is not intuitive and the help desk when you eventually get through to them after going through the most amateur phone menu imaginable) are just not interested in helping you.... the best I could get was an email instruction which would probably be fine if you were a pr...Read more
ofessional IT person but most of us are not! Absolutely useless and left to my own resources, I was also disappointed that the help desk closed at a bit after 5pm. End result, whatever I was doing wrong ended up wiping my NAVMAN of everything and I certainly did not get my $25 plus tax USA maps for 30 days as planned. Woeful product, Rubbish helpdesk and absolutely disgusting company for having such disregard for its customers. I'm going to junk mine after only 8 months from new as I have better things to concern myself with than a bloody GPS. Stay away from anything NAVMAN!1 comment

Nice packaging, shame about the GPS
I purchased a new Navman EZY350LMT a couple of weeks ago. Sadly it is going back to the store today for a refund or store credit.
1. Difficult to see the screen if the sun is up regardless of which theme is selected or brightness level set.
2. Fully charged battery on first use per instructions, battery life about 15 minutes.
3. The gps and my smartphone can not locate each other so no hands free. (The gps can find my smart tv, huh!).

Before we proceed any further, may you please verify if you are referring to Demonstration mode? If yes, you may turn this off by going to main menu > Settings > Scroll down > Select ‘Demo’ > Select ‘Off’ (first option) > confirm by selecting ‘Yes’.

That is fantastic to hear! To set the correct time, go to Settings > Time Zone. Once set, please take the device outside with a clear view of the sky for it to get a GPS signal. The date and time will automatically adjust once the unit acquires the GPS signal.
If your device still has incorrect date and time, this is likely related to the GPS rollover. Not to worry, we have a patch update to rectify the issue. An article is now available on our FAQ page below:

use it as a sinker for fishing. I could not get mine to work at all so have junked it and NO answer from Garmin either.

Bought my ezy350 in Auckland, NZ. Now I'm in Melbourne, Au and can't get the unit to change countries, still thinks I'm in NZ. The flag icon to change countries doesn't show up when on key board. Please advise?

To change your map from NZ to AU, please follow these steps:
1. From the Main Menu, go to the Settings.
2. Go to My Maps.
3. Go to Map Set.
4. Select AU and confirm.
