A good all use GPS

I have been using this 5inch box as all use GPS, and it's working pretty well. Able to update MAPS, FW and also can add a SD card to play with

The worst device I've ever seen. Always stack at start and need to be reset to factory settings.

I'm totally not happy with your product, it's a waste of money and time. Bad signal quality and bad reaction while traffic changes and roundabouts. I sold it after two months of pain very cheap and bought very old but much better tomtom start 52. So I won't recommend this device to anyone.

Awesome gps

published

This is a great gps easy to use
I love the fact it reports traffic icidedents that will slow your trip allowing an alternative route to be used
The Bluetooth car kit is away to use and quality of the calls is excellent
This is a very accurate device and is fast to reclaulate an alternative route if I miss a turn ect

Reliable gps

published

This gps is great. It has located a street address that other navigation systems through my android phone could not locate. The speed and red light camera features are the best I've seen. There was some glare on the screen but I cut out a piece of antiglare film and put it on the screen.

Not a good purchase

Maps are reasonably accurate.
Volume is to low.
Stuck on Australian maps will not go to NZ
Not as easy to use as other brands.
Over all I would not buy this product again and at this time it is no use to me as I cannot get any maps of New Zealand.I would not reckomend this product to anyone.

Hi Dorren,

Thanks for posting your query.

To set the date and time of your device, go to Settings > Time Zone. Once set, please take the device outside with a clear view of the sky for it to get a GPS signal. The date and time will automatically adjust once the unit acquires the GPS signal.

If your device still has incorrect date and time, this is likely related to the GPS rollover. Not to worry, we have a patch update to rectify the issue. An article is now available on our FAQ page below:

Hi Ian,

We are sorry to hear that you are having a trouble connecting your device to your Mac computer.

The first thing I would suggest is to perform a hard reset to the device by poking the reset hole on the back. Then, try to connect the device again.

If the problem persists, we recommend trying other USB cable and port, disable or lower down your firewall or if possible, try other computer.

Hope this helps. Otherwise, feel free to contact our support team on [email protected]
