Everything sticks
Like many are saying, was great at the start but now can hardly use my pot and pan because everything sticks. Unfortunately I didn't register cookware within 30 days of purchase so now I can't even utilise the 'lifetime warranty'. Anyway, the warranty document states that unless it is reported after the very first use, the warranty doesn't cover non-stick performance. So why is this cookware marketed as 'non stick'?? Such a waste of money.

Great at first, now everything sticks to it
This product is attractive in appearance and light weight, and expensive although I really didn't care about the price.
However, after a few months the non-stick ceased working, and no matter what I put in the pan, (apart from water), ended up sticking, resulting in lost time cleaning. Fortunately my local Aldi recently brought in some Crofton special purpose pans (pancakes, Dutch pancakes, waffles, etc.). I've never had anything stick to this pan, it does pancakes to perfection and fried eggs as well.
Something that Neoflam should take a look at.... a real non-stick pan.

Definitely not suitable for induction cooktop
I purchased the 32cm low casserole to use on my new induction cooktop and it is not suitable for induction, despite being labelled as such. It heated a 10cm circle in the middle of the pan and the heat went no further. I tried the magnet test and it held to the centre of the pan, but fell off around the edges. I tried cooking on a ceramic cooktop and heat distribution was just as inefficient.
I had to stand my ground with the store where I bought it to get a refund, but after showing the retailer the refund legislation on the ACCC website, she ...Read more

If I could give 0 stars I would.
It says non stick pan and everything sticks to the pan. We wash it according to the directions and only use silicone utensils and after one use the surface was scratched and the handle was loose.
For $140 I expect something else

Don’t waste your money!!! Horrible pots disgusting customer service.
Purchased three neo flam retro pots 1 month later the pots surface started to chip away. I only use silicone utensils and they are not stored on top of each other.
The staff at neo flam accused me of the chips would not help me out with a warranty claim. It’s a scam! Don’t buy these expensive pots. They will not honour any warranty claims instead suggesting ways I could have done this. Very rude customer service.

not good enough. Why should I pay 50% off a product to be replaced that is clearly faulty. Neoflam are happy to make up stories just to decline a claim. The matter has be reported to the department of fair trading and I look forward to resolving this soon. As for Neoflam I will never be shopping with them again as I feel as if I have been ripped off and wrongly accused.Neoflam A.NeoFlam

Great set!!
I have been using my neoflam Luke Hines set for a few months now. The non-stick is much better than my previous traditional non stick pans. Although they can go in dishwasher, I normally hand wash, really easy to clean, but you do need to make sure there is zero food residue or you lose the non-stick. Love that these pans are zero toxic- I have since bought the roasting dish as well. My only complain is I would like a deeper saucepan.

No amount of oil will prevent food from sticking!
We received a Neoflam Nature+ approx 12 months ago as a gift. At first the pan functioned well however after a small amount of use food began to stick. Now, 12 months later the only real use for the pan is to throw it in the bin as it's simply not possible to cook anything without it sticking horrendously.
We unfortunately don't have a receipt in order to try to claim a warranty, I note the following however on the Neoflam website "The warranty does NOT cover: Nonstick performance if the problem is not reported after first use"
Given this sta...Read more
tement even if we did have the receipt its performance would not be covered under warranty, despite the fact that the pan was well cared for, cleaned and used as intended. Perhaps if low heat frying is all you do the surface may hold up ok, for general use they are complete rubbish. Do yourself a favour and pass on these.Purchased in March 2021.

Neoflam Frypan & Pot - Non stick coating failed after first wash
I purchased a set of four pots and pans after a demonstration at the ideal home show (06/04/2019), the items had supposedly been used all day without fail. So what was there not to like. After getting home and unboxing the items, I decided to use the 28cm Fry pan for an omelet. I initially washed the surface of the pan (as recommended, used warm water with a soft sponge), once dried, I noticed a small scratch mark on the non stick. The non stick was scratched and down to the aluminum. I inspected the other pans that came with the set, and found...Read more
that there is also speckles of aluminum showing around the edges of other pans - clearly defected items. I've contacted nova/neoflam twice via email, explaining the issue, with images attached. I'm yet to receive any kind of response. I've tried to call, but the offices are supposedly closed until August? of which year? Who knows. It appears impossible to contact this company, so for now I'm stuck with defective pans. Based on the quality of this product, and the lack of customer service, one star is generous at this moment in time. Regards, Lee SPurchased in April 2021 for A$100.00.

Dont waste your money on the frypan.
The worst frypan I've ever bought. After used a second time the so called nonstick layer has gone rusted.
Pot was ok.
Apart from the design there's nothing I could recommend, don't waste your money

Very expensive & a waste of money
Not Happy with this product, I tried to get money back under warranty stating product was wrongly described as being nonstick pan, which is not, they said I didn't use it correctly which I did, I sent photos and they still would not refund money, this was an expensive
product, mine is now in bin.

Excellent once you learn the rules of use and how to care for it properly
I’ve had my nonstick frying pan for approx 2 year. I use it everyday for eggs, yes I eat one egg omelet everyday!! Initially it got sticky after a few weeks and I rang the company and the girl I spoke to was genuine and lovely and told me how very important it is to clean these properly. They must be scrubbed with a no scratch plastic dish brush or scourer and if there is any sticking issues make a paste of vinegar and bicarbonate and scrub it down with that. I do it regularly. Other rules were -always use a smear of butter in the pan and make sure it’s hot before use. Food must sizzle when you add it. Follow these rules and you will love it like I do!!

Terrible waste of money
In summary
- don't waste your money
- I have multiple purchases
- all care instructions followed
- all non-stick surfaces fail after 12 - 18 months
We have purchased three Amie frypans. Two of the small yellow ones and one medium green one. We initially had one yellow and liked it but it became sticky. We thought it was the use and care. I bit the bullet and bought two more and have been very careful to follow their instructions to the letter.
Even doing this the non-stick surface breaks down and the performance deteriorates. Neoflam ...Read more

So far so good...
Purchased the Neoflam Nature+ Induction Frypan 20cm in Cyan from Dr Earth. It was $39.99, so I wanted to 'test; out a smaller pan on notoriously sticky things such as eggs before I invested in the larger pans... I then read reviews here and was scared I had made a bad decision and did not have high expectations for the pan!!
I used it to cook (on a gas cook top ) scrambled eggs, fried eggs, veggies in organic coconut oil and the pan cooks food beautifully and the food tastes great. It is easy to clean... Unless things deteriorate with the pan, and the 'non stick' stops working (which seems to be the case), I think it's great so far. I will update in a few months on how its holding up....

The non-stick is no more
I am guessing at the model as nothing on the pan indicates the model other than that it is neoflam and made in Korea. The pan is about 18 months old and has been used on an induction cooktop with only wooden or silicon utensil and non-abrasive cleaners. First use was as per iuser manual guide and high temp oils have been used. It started well but has lost its non-stick particularly with eggs (fried or omelettes). The pan is used infrequently, once a week max and I would have expected a far more durable non-stick surface considering the price paid.

Terrible pan
This is my second pan. With following diligently all instructions after my first pan being NON STICK and nothing being able to be cooked on it without sticking, this 2nd pan started out fine and I was happy.
1 month in with VERY VERY PARTICULAR cleaning and care BAM - same thing. Almost burn like sticking, so frustrating!!
I am only cooking pancakes and eggs in it. Tried steak, cooked fine then that was that. Never ever again. Waste of $120 and stressful because the process of trying to get a refund is like a marathon.
All I want is a non stick low tox pan for my family.

Best cookware ever!
Love my frying pan and wok. Very good non stick surface, sometimes I don't use any oil and incredibly easy to clean. Great that they can also be used in the oven.

Great wok! I found myself using it the most!
This is a great pan, I find my self using it most often. Am looking to get another pancake pan as well. It washes easy and is a pleasure to work with it. I came across it in a health-food store and thought to give it a try as I tried many other pans with disappointing results. Now after a year of use I can say that it was worth the try, I am very happy with it.

My Neoflam frypan’s surface became unusable after 1 week, low temps and correct storage, cleaners, utensils used! My wok after 1 year has developed scratches and I have no idea how this can occur(as Above). Why?

Hi, Could you let me know the care instructions to your pans?
1 answer
You have probably found the answer already, but my 20cm frypan came with detailed instructions. First, before use, the pan had to be washed in hot soapy water and dried. Then seasoned for 2 minutes with high smoking point oil (I used canola, but peanut and coconut also works) then it had to be washed and dried again. The instructions also recommends you use a smear of oil and medium heat when cooking (never spray on oils) - then cleaning straight after use with soapy water while it is still warm. I wipe my frypan out with a warm soapy damp microcloth. And I season it occasionally. In other words, it is the same as maintaining a caste iron frypan (which I also have and love). The only difference is, use ceramic coated frypans on medium not high heat and always use silicone utensils in it. My frypan needs consistent care every time it is used, but I have had none of the problems other people seem to have.
