The Breville Nespresso Inissia has been a wonderful addition to our household. We are able to create cafe-quality coffee with ease. The device is easy to operate, affordable, easy to clean, and most of all produces great tasting coffee. The additional milk frothing machine has been a very solid companion product.

This is an affordable coffee machine which we use it for coffee daily. It's easy to use and fast to make a cup of coffee. Save us bucks to purchase coffee outside. Of course the quality of coffee might not be as good as cafes but good enough to make us survive throughout the day.

simple yet consistant machine. The machine warms up within a matter of seconds and produces good and consistant coffee. The results of the milk frother is not the same from a barista as it uses a coil and not steam to froth the milk. but considering how convenient and consistant i'm not fussed.

This has been great for 2 years but now you need to press the button three times to get the 110 mls in the cup it seems to be leaking down to the bottom tray.This was given as a gift for Christmas 2014. For what our family paid for it it is not good value.

I bought mine in a cool lime green colour about 4 months ago- and it it perfect for me (the only coffee drinker in a tiny apartment)- it's nice and small so it pops away in a cupboard
My only complaint is the milk frother which I wished heated up more- I always pour hot water into the cup to warm it up before I put any coffee or milk in
