The process went very fast, great team and always there if we have any questions. It’s now June and it’s already in slab phase, another few months and we will be in our new house. The day before my practical completion inspection I was hit with a bill for thousands of dollars for site works that had allegedly been done 6 months ago. I was never at any stage notified that additional works were required. Further to this, I have now ended up in the position where I have paid, my handover was cancelled on me and no new date for handover has been advised. They said that they are completing all of the items on the inspection report and then they will let me know. Queries for an estimated completion date have been ignored.

New Sensation Homes made building my first home extremely enjoyable. I have heard so many horror stories about other builders but I honestly cannot relate to them as my build was a walk that’s to John Coin. The quality of the build is second to none! I would definitely build with John and his team again.

New Sensation Homes, thank you for assisting us to get into our own home. We’ve been living in our new space since December and we are very happy with the build. It has always been satisfying to spend quality time with the whole family in the comfort of our own home. The inclusions are really great, the house is very spacious and the build was outstanding.
