Lift got broke down in my apartment around 4 weeks ago. They didn't showed any interest in resolving that. Dropped them mail and there we no response. Called them and got the same response that they are trying to resolve the issue.

If you live in a big new complex where nothing goes wrong and only need strata to pay the bills, then these guys are for you. Otherwise don't bother. 0 stars would be awarded if I could. Going to another company has been the best thing we have ever done since NextGen took over.

Our unit blocks have been managed by the NextGen Strata for last 3 years now. The Strata Manager is very helpful and maintained the property very well. They know their business and keep a good relationship with the unit owner and strata committees.

I can see there are few negative reviews here but not happened in my block. I think the difference is the financial position for our block is managed well so the strata company can do their job to fix all the issuer we have.

It is the WORST strata company I have ever encountered. Asking to get anything done is like talking to a wall.... I just get the same excuse from the Strata Manager/Owner/Principal all the time... That he's been sick hence nothing has been done. Anyone looking for a strata company... Then I warn you this is not the one. You won't get replies to emails or phone calls. They are not working for the best interest of the Owners Corporation for sure. My bad review in Google is deleted and filtered. They only kep the good review.

Our building has a Faulty lift, faulty smoke alarm and stuck parking gate. And, despite of multiple reminders, these issues are not being addressed at all by NextGen Strata Management.

I'm involved with four strata groups and can honestly say that NextGen is by far the best.
They are the only ones who consistently follow up on any issue, without me having to chase them up.
Really, what more would you expect from from your strata agent.

We were considering changing over our strata management to another company, did my research as an executive member, found nextgen as a suitable candidate along with others agencies, out of 3 companies only this company offered to come out and meet me onsite. After walking around the complex with the gentleman, he gave us a plan of how to maintain our levies at a reasonable (well affordable) level. The plan is working out now, thank you nextgen, keep up the good work.
