I'm currently in the process of building my first home with Nicheliving. Honestly, it has been such a breeze working with Carolina and the other staff at Nicheliving, that it still doesn't even feel like I'm building a home. It wasn't until I got the interior house renders that it finally clicked... that's where I want my TV, that's where I want my computer... oh my gosh, I'm building a home, and the hardest part is... whether I should get a dog.

Our rental property has been managed by Niche for several years and we were overall very disappointed with their (lack of) service. We had to check each and every invoice for errors, payments were doubled up, emails were left unanswered, phone calls not returned, huge staff turnover. We had numerous property managers, our last property manager even left without informing us! Dianne came on board late last year. What a change! She's on the ball, goes above and beyond. Myself and my wife chose to build with nicheliving in there estate in madely, we chose this as it was a complete home in a stunning estate in a great suburb and off coarse affordable, there standard inclusions and designs were above standard and the finished product was above our expectations, we experienced a few hiccups along the way but were quickly corrected, our dealings with Chloe Donahue along our building process was fantastic her customer service was excellent, our construction manager Sean was a pleasure too deal with and dealt with any issues we had very promptly and professionaly, overal a great experience and would recommend to anybody looking to build .

We have just started the process of building with Nicheliving and so far everyone has been very helpful. We have had everything explained to us step by step and all our questions have been answered. Everything is offered in house which makes it easy to navigate. Ollie in particular has been really helpful and has replied to any questions we have had quickly.

Nicheliving have been amazing, my experience so far has been second to none! Alex and Kevin are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and they have gone above and beyond to help me into my first home. I would highly recommend Nicheliving to anyone looking to purchase a property!

We have recently swapped over to Nicheliving from a different real estate. Our PM Dianne is efficient, effective and exactly the person we needed to manage our biggest investment. As we live interstate, we know we can rely and count on Dianne to look after our once family home.

So far I have been impressed with the professionalism and honesty of the staff I have come across at Niche. Ollie always replied in a timely manner to any and all questions or concerns we had and at present I cannot fault his work. Carol Tweedie is our Property Manager and she is an extremely efficient and hard working professional. She is always prompt and polite with our enquiries/requests and is available whenever we need advice or answers concerning tenants. Carol is very professional when dealing with our tenants in person or via electronic communications.

The Staffs are very accomodating, approachable, and easy to get along. They gave us information that’s understandable and reasonable, morever, they reply immediately if we have concerns regarding the lot.
