Prices are very reasonable, they have great range of products (i always buy from their whisky selections). As long as you state NOT to use Fastway couriers for Perth. Aus post instead.

When we rang to place an order, the person we spoke to actually checked that the bottles were in stock. Then, our order arrived the following day - in Adelaide! Great!

I live in the UK and decided to buy a case of wine for a Aussie friend as a wedding gift, as I was unable to attend the wedding. The online ordering system was smooth, the delivery (from Melbourne to Brisbane) was flawless (with detailed tracking keeping me updated) and all the bottles arrived intact due to careful packaging, and in plenty of time before the wedding - despite me ordering only a week before the wedding date. My friend was very happy, as am I - thank you!

Received a 1ltr JD Rye Whisky for my birthday. As a collector the bottle was greasy with stains I emailed requesting a replacement and received no correspondence in 5 months.

1 star for the Single malt from Scotland and Indian- our South Indian- [name removed] and [name removed] but their Dumb service I cannot trust them.

They are 50 years backward redneck stereotypes. in the website design handling and customers service.

If I need to get my 2 bottles of single malt.. need to call and reserve - drive or take public transport to go..

Will not do online transaction with them. and Time waste with their delivery.. Social media and review sites have made an impression with these fellows.

Will check out this store in person travelling from Preston. Minus they do not have any outlets around Melbourne.

Nicks Wine Merchants chose to use to worst couriers in Australia - Fastway or actually Lazyway.
Despite the promises my purchase was not delivered. I spent a lot of time talking to Ben and Shane who assured me that they "don't work like that" and aim to please the customer. Nothing can be further from the truth. My purchase was not delivered and as the result ruined my dinner party.
In the future I will never use this vendor and would not recommend anyone else.

They are the most wonderful liquor and drinks in online space around Australia. One of the widest range around with good prices too. The listings are always true to what they say online and customer support is superb when you try to contact them.

Fantastic boutique store, that offer the standard but also the hard to find drinks, prices are good, excellent service, and super quick delivery. A+, and I don’t know anyone who works there.

Have purchased from Nicks a few time when they have specials on and been no real issues . Great prices during specials and have a wide selection of Whisky . One order came damaged but I had purchased the shipping insurance so was refunded the cost . The only let down is the shipping is very slow from eastern states to WA . Compared to other sellers they can take up to 2-3 weeks longer to arrive .

They don’t advise if the product is in stock, they don’t let you know if it isn’t, the website doesn’t let you track the order. A next delivery will in all likelihood take 10 days and miss the day it was intended for.

Pros: Great selection, great prices, great deals, speedy delivery, and an easy to use, informative layout.

Cons: None.

They're a great business who provide great service. Nothing much more to it.

I placed an order for my wife’s birthday, as I am a fifo worker and away a lot, you took my money without the website stopping the transaction and advising me there was a limit to spend without using PayPal, how hard is it to list this simple information, then you email me saying if I want to continue I can re contact you, good customer service when I was going to be a regular customer spending good money would be to simply give me a 5 sec phone call to talk and explain he situation( or put a limit on your cart !!! ).
Won’t be coming back
