Wow Dom Michael and chris were fantastic they made a difficult delivery look easy they work so good together they are like a well oiled machine they made us feel safe with everything going on by wearing a mask and gloves they kept there distance but were still engaging with how to look after our new lounges thank you boys for a great experience

Left with extremely heavy and huge boxes
Ordered a lounge on 9/02/20 finally got on 26/4/20 after months of waiting, lounge is nice but unfortunately delivery drivers took lounges out of boxes on my driveway, very heavy very large boxes as I live alone I don’t quite understand how I am expected to move or lift these boxes, they didn’t offer to move for me or take away for me but we’re quick to ask for delivery fee thanks nick Scali Customer service should be your priority in these times as this is your job train your people to have a little consideration for there customers

Worst customer experience ever. After they take your money they don't care about you anymore!
Purchased a couch on the 26/01 at the Springvale store. Was told it would take 9-11 weeks which made me hesitant to purchase the couch.. the sales operator advised me to use bean bags in the mean time. As I fell in love with the couch I purchased it and paid in full, since then my "expected delivery date" has been changed 5 times and no one can tell me if the couch has even left China. As a result I have requested a refund and was told I am not entitled to one, even if the couch takes one year to arrive I "Must" wait and will not be entitled to...Read more
any compensation let alone the waiver of the $85 delivery fee as this is against nick scalis policy says your extremely rude manager [Name Removed] at SPRINGVALE. He did not even so much as apologise which is appalling. Never again will I purchase from you guys again and rest assured as I told [Name Removed] I will be and I have made a complaint with acc. It's ok to take my money but now that I want it back as you have no idea when I'll get my delivery aside from continually giving me false expected dates, your customers are not even worth an apology let alone some kind of compensation. To actually say to someone no matter how long it takes you MUST WAIT you will NOT get a refund is disgusting and has caused me great stress. Not happy NICK SCALI.1 comment

Job well done
very happy with my new sofa, and very happy with the delivery guys - Paul and one other.

Delivery guys were outstanding. They had to assemble the previously dismantled furniture and was challenging.
I waited over ten months for my delivery and follow up was tedious. If I hadn’t followed up myself regularly it would have taken even longer. Can’t recommend the company but delivery guys were great when my couch finally arrived.
No compensation offered.

Excellent service.
My new Nick Scali lounge suite had to be brought down a set of 14 stairs, taken up in a lift, then carried down 9 more stairs. The two young men who delivered the suite cheerfully manoeuvred the two large sections over the course, removed the packing, and then efficiently put the suite together. Many thanks. I was dreading the delivery process, but all went very well.

Great product, delivery crew left a big packaging mess on lawn.
The product delivered is of high quality as advertised. The product was just over a month late to be delivered presumably covid related, however this was not communicated. I am left feeling angry that the packaging was left dumped on our lawn. The sales staff insisted on purchase they were a premium product, in my mind this includes removing the wrapping material about four wheels bins worth of wrapping. On contact Nick Scali staff insisted it's not their issue and delivery was by contract. Interestingly the van had their branding, in my mind this small minded "it's not my job attitude" from driver to call center ruined an otherwise great product for me.

We offer a service whereby we install and assemble your furniture where you specify and move the old furniture out of the way if required. However, as stated on your order and on our website, we do not take the packaging and plastic away from our customers' homes as our drivers make consecutive deliveries and it is a Workplace Health and Safety (WH&S) issue for them to have things like plastic and cardboard strewn over the floor of the truck when they're lifting sizable goods. However, I do want to let you know that this is an area we are aware of and we are always looking to improve our service for our customers. dom michael and chris we're fantastic on time friendly took great care in assembling my dinning table and chairs they took care in coming down our really steep drive way with that heavy table they made it look easy our house is a building site and cause of the rain was not a easy task with out front was just a muddy but the boys took there shoes off as not to dirty our new floor boards they explained how to apply the concrete sealer very knowledgeable guys thank you for a great experience with the delivery would recommend them to anyone buying nick scali furniture

wow dom michael and chris we're absolutely amazing they bought all the furniture up stairs even a 120 kilo concreat table and made it look easy even though I have a spiral staircase they took grate care in assembling everything making sure I was happy with we're they placed it these boys went above and beyond what I was expecting they treated me with respect event with what's going on around as they are a great bunch of boys who I would like them to deliver anything I buy there would be more drivers like these boys thank you

Corona Virus
No complaints about the furniture and carpets I purchased late last year and paid over $5000. I am still waiting for 1 matching chair, no idea when this will arrive from China? Phoned the store at West Gosford yesterday and Michael was going to speak to the area manager for a refund.
Since January I have one corner in my lounge room empty, waiting for my chair. The way the world is with the Virus I would like a refund otherwise it will never happen.
