My sofa had a problem with the attached cushion as the zip was wrecked. The Nick Scali service team was excellent, I called them and they immediately sent out a technician. Honestly, I thought it couldn’t be fixed because it looked like a hard job, however Muzaffer the technician was great and rectified all the problems I had. doing. I was also concerned with having someone come to my house because of the pandemic that we are currently facing, but he did come wearing a mask and gloves. Additionally, he kept his distance at all times which made us feel a lot safer. In future, I would like Muzaffer to come and rectify the problems we have with our sofas because he did a fantastic job.

Arthur was fantastic in repairing the lounge, he arrived early and fixed the problem very quickly. He went out of his way to find the correct part and offered to do additional maintenance on the lounge.

Muzaffer Atar
My sofa was not working properly and the seat area was dipping so low into the back of the chair requiring extra stuffing etc. Muzaffer the technician came to service the chair. He was really great, in fact it is very rare these days to have someone like him help you out with the repairs. He was so thorough and took his time to check everything and make sure in the end it was fixed adequately. Minnie Bookshelf
We purchased a Minnie bookshelf and compulsorily had it delivered. After we put it in place, we noticed a couple of the alcoves in the bookshelf were not vertical. It was obvious when placed near a wall. When we rang about and submitted photos, we were told there is a disclaimer on the website for hand made furniture saying that it is sometimes not perfect. I was told there was nothing wrong with it. I wish the sales staff had told me that it is how their quality control works. We were not happy with our dealings with their support staff at all.

Poor after sales service
Bought a lounge suite for over $6000 with a battery operated recliner (which I paid extra for). Was told the battery would last for 3 years without needing a recharge. It lasted a week with me only using it once. Asked for it to he replaced. I service agent came out when I personally was not home. Looked at the lounge. I thought it was fixed, but the same issue is still continuing. No note or discussion to what was done, just a visit with no resolution. Won't be buying from them again.

Furniture repair service
The chair begins to create a squeaky sound after some weeks of use, the team gave a quick response and arranged a service. The team member Arthur provides a good service with great attitude. I will try the chair for some time to see if the problem is solved permanently.

Very polite and professional technician
Purchased a lounge and after a year noticed a creaking notice coming from seat frame. Called to have it fixed and with in the week tech came out and fixed problem. Very good service.

Really disappointed
Purchased a concrete table not even 12 months ago and lodged a request for it to be inspected under warranty for the significant chips appearing on all the edges. It was inspected and of course deemed fair wear and tear. You cannot do anything with this table without the edge chipping, worst purchase ever made and would not recommend the product or service to anyone

Arthur was friendly and did his best to address what is an underlying construction issue.
We had a new lounge delivered which had a construction fault. Arthur did all that was possible given the issue presentsx, however there is an underlying misalignment in the construction of the recliner mechanism which remains.

Helpful and sincere

Arthur rang 45 mins before his arrival and he arrived on time. He came wearing a mask and a protective sheet to lay on the floor to do his work. He also removed his shoes without being asked. He was polite and explained what he had done to fix the problem and checked all other chairs for the same fault. He was most efficient and professional.. Probably the best service guy we have ever had in our home! Well done!

Timely and Efficient
Frank Martelli found the problem with our couch instantly and replaced the part in minutes. He is tidy, polite and efficient and could not do enough for us. Most impressed that he was wearing a face mask and concern we keeping a reasonable distance.

Selling defective furniture
I would not recommend anybody to buy furniture from Nick Scali. I purchased a $1990 marble top table. Just water spilt on the table top leaves a permanent stain . I called Nick Scali and advised them of the problem and was told staining always happens to marble as it is porous and this problem (fault) in the product is not covered by warranty.. Buyer beware .. For real customer service and honesty shop elsewhere.
